Kajian ini mengkaji tentang strategi pembelajaran dan pemudahcaraan (PdPc) komponen Ibadah di sekolah-sekolah menengah terpilih di Kuching, Sarawak. Terdapat empat objektif utama kajian iaitu untuk mengenalpasti pendekatan yang digunakan oleh guru Pendidikan Islam (GPI) ketika mengajar komponen Ibadah, mengenalpasti kaedah yang digunakan ketika mengajar tajuk-tajuk dalam komponen Ibadah, menilai keberkesanan teknik yang digunakan terhadap PdPc komponen Ibadah di dalam kelas dan bentuk cabaran yang dihadapi oleh GPI. This study aims at investigating factors that are contributing to ethnic tolerance among multiethnic youths. Four factors identified in dtis study were socio-environment, socio- participation, knowledge and practices of patriotism. Every society has its own culture through interactions with various civilizations and religions, in synergy with various elements of syncretism. Through the efforts of local scholars that assimilate the traditional culture with Islamic sharia, multiple patterns of local wisdoms were emerged. The belief that the application of human rights is the standard measurement for the success or decay of any living society is inaccurate unless that standard has been assessed and one finds it convincing. Translation of the Holy Quran can be difficult for translators in terms of accuracy and translatability. Sometimes translators fail to render the Quranic thoughts because of the lack of language features in target languages. This results in an unfavorable interpretation. One of the challenging aspects of translating Quran is reference switching as rhetorical devices, which are widespread in the book due to the aesthetic aspects of the Arabic language. Rendering rhetorical devices may lead to misinterpreting the Quran as the target languages might not have the same context as Arabic. Golongan gelandangan merupakan satu kelompok masyarakat marginal yang terdapat di bandar-bandar besar, misalnya di Kuala Lumpur. Kewujudan golongan ini adalah disebabkan pelbagai faktor yang menghimpit dan mendesak antaranya adalah kemiskinan bandar, konflik keluarga, gangguan mental dan gejala sosial. Speculation is ordinarily understood as a mean to purchase a good for a later resale, rather than for use. In other words, speculation is an act of selling a good, temporarily, with the intention of gaining profit from later re-purchase due to the price changes. Zakat merupakan satu ibadat yang berdimensikan kehartaan dalam bentuk mandatori kepada para muzakki yang berkelayakan untuk diagihkan kepada para mustahiq zakat yang memerlukan. Ia merupakan instrumen kewangan alternatif sebagai jaminan sosial di samping instrumen yang lain seperti wakaf, hibah dan wasilah tabarru’at yang lain. Isu kutipan dan agihan zakat sentiasa menjadi polemik dalam masyarakat Islam di Malaysia. Di sebalik isu ketidakcekapan dalam agihan zakat yang diwarwarkan, timbul juga isu yang berkaitan kutipan zakat. Akhir-akhir ini terdapat usaha untuk meningkatkan kadar kutipan zakat bagi negeri dengan pelbagai pendekatan dan strategi. Antaranya adalah perlantikan amil/agen sama ada di dalam ataupun di luar negeri dengan jumlah pembahagian dengan peratusan tertentu, misalnya pulangan dalam jumlah 70:30, malah ada institusi zakat yang memperuntukkan pulangan sehingga 50:50. Taghyir Khalqillah sering digunakan sebagai „illah larangan sesuatu perbuatan yang mengubah bentuk asal tubuh badan manusia. Hujah yang dikaitkan dengan taghyir khalqillah adalah hadith larangan Nabi SAW terhadap al-wasl, al-washm, al-nams dan al-tafalluj. Hadith ini sebenarnya dipetik dari komentar mufassirin terhadap huraian ayat al-Qur‟an mengenai taghyir khalqillah, iaitu surah al-Nisa‟, ayat 119. Menurut sebahagian muhaddithin, empat perbuatan tersebut dilarang kerana mengubah ciptaan Allah SWT, manakala sebahagian pihak pula mengemukan „illah yang lain. This work demonstrates the high performance graphene oxide (GO)/PEDOT:PSS doubled decked hole transport layer (HTL) in the PCDTBT:PC 71 BM based bulk heterojunction organic photovoltaic device. The devices were tested on merits of their power conversion efficiency (PCE), reproducibility, stability and further compared with the devices with individual GO or PEDOT:PSS HTLs. Solar cells employing GO/PEDOT:PSS HTL yielded a PCE of 4.28% as compared to either of individual GO or PEDOT:PSS HTLs where they demonstrated PCEs of 2.77 and 3.57%, respectively.
