Attitudinal competence is one the most fundamental concepts in social psychology. It is related to personal identity, moral, and ethics that gains popularity and becomes important in educational development. This research aims to develop an instrument to measure the spiritual attitude of high school students. The study was a research and development study consisting of four stages: (a) determining conceptual definition, (b) determining operational definition, (c) drawing indicators, and (d) constructing instrument. This research-based article tries to dig the conception of Pancasila-based State as Darul Ahdi Wa Syahadah to enlarge and enrich teaching materials of Citizenship Education for students at Muhammadiyah Higher Education. It is argued that this effort is to give them basic comprehension of conceptual as well as practical dimensions of the relation among state, Pancasila, and Islam in accordance with Muhammadiyah doctrine. The purpose of the study was to investigate whether or not there is a significant effect of silent short movie on EFL writing achievement of the vocational high school students. This study was quasi-experimental using a nonrandomized control group, pretest-posttest design. There were 61 students who were selected randomly from the 10 classes of tenth-graders of the 6th State Vocational School in Samarinda. The instruments used in the study was writing test. The study aims to develop an instrument used to measure faith of the students of Islamic senior high schools. The study was a research and development study consisting of three steps: pre development, development process, and presentation. The quantitative data analysis was to test the validity and reliability of the instrument and to test the model fit through the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) using LISREL 8.80 Program.
