This study aims to analyze the medical records implementation system (input, process, output, feedback and control) in the "X" Hospital Tangerang period from April to May 2015. This research is a mixed method. The data collected by observation, interview, documentation. Results: The medical record system implementation was not running optimally so this is due to produce output completeness of medical record file is only 55.2%, while the timeliness of the provision of medical record file is only 31%. Pressures from various parties may impact auditor’s decisions. Complex and interrelated tasks can also inhibit auditor to search for relevant information, to process it, and to determine audit decision. This study aims to investigate the accuracy of audit decision made by junior auditors when they face obedience pressure and task complexity. Using accounting bachelor students as surrogates of junior auditors, we conduct a 2x2x2 between-subject experimental design to test our hypotheses. Tobacco stalk (TS), which is one type of lignocellulosic material, has a xylan content of up to 21.9%. Lignocellulose can be used to produce xylooligosaccharides (XOs). XOs are dietary fibers that have prebiotic activity. This study aimed to produce XOs from tobacco stalk xylan using xylanase from Streptomyces sp. BO 3.2. After the TS was delignified, the xylan was extracted using the alkali method. The delignification process, which used 1% natrium hypoclorite (NaOCl), decreased the lignins from 32.93% to 18.15%. The purpose of this study was to get optimum medium composition and agitation to trypsin-like protease production by Lactobacillus plantarum FNCC 0270. The medium composition and agitation for enzyme production was optimized using Central Composite Design and Response Surface Method with Design Expert software version 7.1.5 Fermentation was carried out in erlenmeyer flasks at initial pH 8, 37 °C, using an incubator shaker at 87.5 rpm. The best results showed an enzyme activity of 1.0 mU/mL, a protein level of 0.557 mg/mL, and desirability value of 0.740. In order to practice green chemistry, a simple and safe spectrophotometric method for iodide determination has been successfully developed based on the formation of a blue starch-iodine complex. Iodide was oxidized to form iodine prior to the addition of a starch solution, and the blue starch-iodine complex was directly detected spectrophoto-metrically at a wavelength of 615 nm. The chemical parameters, such as type, reaction time, as well as concentration of oxidizing agents and solution pH were optimized with respect to sensitivity and analysis time. Chlorella pyrenoidosa (C. pyrenoidosa) contains Chlorella Growth Factor (CGF), which consists of proteins and polysaccharides. CGF is located inside the nucleus of cells and is beneficial to humans as a food supplement, an immunity booster, and an antioxidant. CGF formation of C. pyrenoidosa is influenced by medium composition. C. pyrenoidosa INK was cultured in a modified basal medium (MBM) with various concentrations of Mg2+ (0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 g/L) and Fe2+ (3.5×10-4 and 5.0×10-4 g/L). Kabupaten Grobogan merupakan kabupaten dengan peningkatan kasus HIV/AIDS cukup tajam dibandingkan kabupaten lain di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi stigma masyarakat terhadap orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA) dan faktor yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian explanatory ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan studi potong lintang dengan sampel berjumlah 300 kepala keluarga yang dipilih menggunakan sampel acak proporsional pada tiga kelurahan dengan kasus HIV tertinggi selama Agustus - September 2014. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara tatap muka menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Upaya perluasan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) pada PSP masih terbatas sehingga penting dilakukan untuk mendukung pencapaian universal health coverage. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai akses JKN pada PSP di Denpasar. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif. Regulasi mengenai Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) yang telah diterbitkan belum ada yang mengatur mengenai penerapan KTR di tingkat rumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan perilaku melalui intervensi terpadu KTR pada tingkat rumah tangga. The suffix nya is one of the most frequent and polysemic suffixes in Indonesian. It can provide definite determination and topicalization. The "Verb nya", which often appears in a topicalized subject Noun Phrase (NP), is generally labelled as a deverbal noun. Nevertheless, many syntactic constraints set it apart from Indonesian deverbal nouns. "Verb nya" must be complemented by a NP, which can easily be reconstructed as a former subject: a sentence is topicalized and thus becomes a noun clause, generally the subject of the main clause Verb Phrase (VP). Hylocereus polyrhizus Britton and Rose (Red dragon fruit) has been shown to have antioxidant activity which contains vitamin C, polyphenol, and flavonoid. This research was aimed to investigate antioxidant activity from H. polyrhizus in form of lotion. Lotion were made with 5 concentration from H. polyrhizus methanol extract were 0.04, 0.08, 0.16, 0.32 and 0.64%. Lotion antioxidant activity was measured using DPPH method. The result showed that H. polyrhizus methanol extract had antioxidant activity with inhibition concentration were 19.99±0.33; 25.01±0.08; 39.14±0.04; 66.69±0.12 and 83.37±0.05. At a very young age children living in Jakarta use both Colloquial Jakarta Indonesia and Bahasa Indonesia. The children's first and most used language is Colloquial Jakarta Indonesia. In the formal school setting Bahasa Indonesia is frequently used and stimulated on a daily basis, and the learning process of Bahasa Indonesia is accelerated. The question addressed in this article is: how do these children choose from their repertoire of language varieties at this stage of language development? Javanese women often consume kunir asam to relieve dysmenorrhea symptom. It is a traditional herbal medicine which is conventionally prepared from curcuma domestica. One of the active compound of curcuma domestica is curcumin. The purpose of this research is to determine the amount of curcumin available in kunir asam selling in daily market of Kota Gede. Curcumin level in daily batches consistency was also evaluated. Curcumin analysis was conducted by qualitative and quantitative tests by TLC densitometry method.
