In the investment sector in ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement, all host countries are obligated to give the protections and legal certainty for investors in fair and equitable treatment principle. The investment relation in ACFTA is not only talking about the relation between Indonesia and China, but also how Indonesia shall compete with another ASEAN member states. Some legal writing written by legal scholars interpret legal text methodologically in their analysis, while seeking its philosophical foundation, namely Hans-Georg Gadamer’s legal hermeneutics. Such hermeneutics is part of Gadamer’s philosophical hermeneutics which can be applied to law, aside from theology and philology. Such hermeneutics employs in general and on ontological level thereof. Such understanding is unknown in jurisprudence, because the interpretation in jurisprudence is more methodological, an idea that Gadamer clearly opposes. Global TB notification rate at 2016 was 77% and 46.5% in Southeast Asia. Indonesia last 5 years still remain at 32-33% where Depok City reached 58%. The focus of this study is to discuss the process of approaching media partner in ACI world Congress 2016 event that is organized by PT. Fasen Creative Quality. This research is qualitative descriptive interpretive. The research uses Observation, interview, and Study of Literature as the writing method. Researchers found that ACI World Congress 2016 has many media partners both national and international media which join to publish the event. The results also revealed that there are five process in approaching mesdia partner used are data validation, offering letter, letter of agreement, publishing, and report of advertising.

Aeromoniasis is a bacterial disease caused by Aeromonas hydrophila that affects fish and shrimps in ponds and aquariums. Tempeh is a fermented food prepared using the rawmaterials of soybean fermented by Rhizopus sp. This traditional food is fairly highly consumed in Indonesia. Soybean, which is the primary raw material used in the processing of tempeh, is still being imported due to its insufficient production in Indonesia. Rice bran can be used as a substitute forsoybeans in tempeh processing to add to its (health) benefit. Aedes aegypti is a major vector of dengue, a deadly disease causing deaths of millions of people in developing countries, both in urban and rural populations. Aedes aegypti control with chemical insecticide is widely used, and affects on a widespread insecticide resistance. Mosquito biological control was needed to replace the use of chemical insecticide. This article highlighted how the last parliamentary system government reached the verge of collapse due to both Sukarno and Nasution’s restlessness regarding what they saw as a corrupt politician that made parliamentary democracy dysfunctional and ignored people’s interests. The partnership between Sukarno and Nasution was formed to establish a new political governance structure that was underpinned by the army’s more assertive role in politics, called Guided Democracy.
