In response to the demands of a changing educational system in the Philippines,this study sought to improve learning performance and faculty developmentthrough professional learning community engagement using a research lessonframework, a Japanese approach to professional development. The purpose is toidentify how effective research lessons and community engagement can be inimproving the quality of teacher and student performance. Using a narrativeinquiry approach within a research lesson framework with four classes of SocialDimensions of Education and pre-service teachers, the study results netted arich exchange of ideas, engaged student and teacher performance, anddeconstructed the privacy of lesson planning.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the value relevance of intellectual capital dis-closures voluntary and involuntary. Previous studies use annual reports as main source to determine intellectual capital disclosures voluntary. Annual report is less reliable, unobjec­tive and contain advertorial. Studi cross sec tional dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan infeksi HIV pada populasi Penasun DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari pelaksanaan Sero Survei HIV/Sifilis yang terintegrasi dengan Survei Cepat Perilaku di DKI Jakarta pada tahun 2013 - 2014. This study aims to determine the socio-economic determinants of employ ment accident insurance ownership in informal workers in Indonesia. This study used a cross sectional study design with bivariate analysis using the estimation method of maximum likelihood. To help the government MSME Taxpayers in 2013 have issued Government Regulation (PP) number 46. After several years of implementation the government has now issued improvements to the regulation by issuing PP No. 23 of 2018. Tobacco extract had been proven to have antimicrobial activity against Streptococcus mutans. To maximize the use of tobacco extract on topical use as an antibacterial, it could be formulated into a pharmaceutical preparation. This study aimed to formulate tobacco extract in gel preparation by using Hidroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) as a gelling agent and to test its activity on S. mutans. This study investigates a magnetization reversal mechanism based on the hysteresis curve of Barium Hexaferrite (BFO) thin film by micromagnetic simulation through parallel and perpendicular magnetization directions along the axes. The hexagonal shape of the BFO film was modeled with thicknesses of 5, 10, and 15 nm and a diameter size ranging from 50 to 100 nm. It was found that the coercivity field HC and the saturation field HS of the BFO film decreased as thediameter size increased and thickness decreased.
