Penelitian ini membahas tentang budaya gahwa, yaitu tradisi minum kopi di Uni Emirat Arab. Tradisi ini telah menjadi sarana interaksi sosial masyarakat Emirati sejak abad ke-15 Masehi dan masih bertahan hingga era modern ini. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, this research examines the impact of online learning readiness, academic motivation, self-regulated learning, and attitudes toward e-learning on undergraduate students' perceived learning experiences in distance education. Employing a quantitative design, this study analyzes responses from a sample of 540 undergraduate students using conditional process analysis. The methodology includes the use of structured questionnaires as instruments to assess the constructs of online learning readiness, academic motivation, self-regulated learning, and attitudes towards e-learning. The findings reveal that online learning readiness directly and indirectly influences perceived learning through the mediating role of academic motivation. …

Accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic and driven by technological advances as well as changing attitudes toward traditional office environments, the workplace landscape has experienced a rapid shift toward remote work. Regardless of urban employees’ interest in remote work, studies have yet to explore the impact of online presence on employee performance as mediated by workplace well-being. A total of 132 private and government employees completed three questionnaires. The results supported the hypothesis that workplace well-being mediates the effect of online presence on performance. This paper presents a general survey of borrowing within the Malayic language family, in which both the source and the recipient languages are either varieties of Malay/Indonesian, or other closely-related Malayic languages. The survey provides empirical evidence for a generalization governing the directionality of borrowing, specifying that the donor variety tends to be higher than the recipient variety on a scale of exotericity, making reference to a set of features of a broadly sociolinguistic nature. Research Aims: The current study investigates how food vloggers’ trustworthiness influences viewers’ visit intention toward the featured food destination. Furthermore, it examines whether food vlogs’ authentic value and viewers’ attitudes toward food vlogs serially mediate the link between source trustworthiness and visit intentions.

Design/Methodology/Approach: The respondents were identified using a purposive sampling technique. Causal-predictive research design and path modelling via partial least squares was employed to measure the hypothesised relationships.

Research Aims: With cultural sensitivity acting as a moderating factor, this study investigates the effects of pricing strategy, cleanliness, meal quality, and service quality on customer loyalty and brand recognition of Indonesian restaurants in Taiwan.

Design/Methodology/Approach: Four hundred overseas respondents participated in a structured survey; partial least squares (PLS) and structural equation modelling (SEM) were used to analyse the results.

Research Findings: The findings indicated that while service quality and cleanliness had no discernible impact, food quality and pricing strategy greatly enhanced consumer loyalty. Cultural sensitivity bolstered the favourable correlation between loyalty and food quality.

This study aims to understand supervisors' perceptions of the effectiveness of Geotab as a control measure for mitigating the risk of collisions involving light vehicles. Conducted in Division X of PT. X, a mining industry, from February to June 2023, this descriptive, semi-qualitative study collected data through control effectiveness questionnaires, interviews, and document review. The variables studied include the relevance, coverage, reliability, reactivity, resource competence, and supervision system of Geotab.
