This study aims to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of Sundanese cultural education strategies implemented at SMA 1 Depok. This research uses a qualitativeapproach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The respondents of the study were students and teachers at SMA1 Depok who were involved in Sundanese cultural education programs. This study investigates the impact of emotional and narrative-driven video advertisements on attitudes toward advertisements and advertisement involvement, ultimately fostering emotional brand attachment among viewers. This research adopts a quantitative approach, employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) using SmartPLS 4 software. This study analyzes the impact of the Indonesian State Revenue Authority (SRA) on tax ratio and/or tax administration performance. The upcoming establishment of SRA, which is projected to take the semi-autonomous form under the direct command of the President, is part of tax reform in Indonesia. Despite growing mental health literacy, a gender gap remains in accessing professional assistance, with men often hesitating to seek assistance despite exhibiting poor mental health indicators. This quantitative study investigates the contribution of traditional masculinity ideology to professional help-seeking attitudes among Chinese–Indonesian men using hierarchical regression analysis. Data were collected from 115 Chinese–Indonesian men aged 18–25 years (M = 21.757; SD = 2.050) using the Masculine Role Norms Inventory-Short Form (MRNI-SF) and Attitudes toward Seeking Professional Psychological Help-Short Form (ATSPPH-SF). This article examines the internal and external factors that influence foreign direct investment (FDI) in Indonesia, focusing specifically on the legal framework as a key determinant. Internal factors—also referred to as pull factors—include the quality of Indonesia’s Foreign Investment Law, legal certainty, bureaucratic efficiency, and the availability of fiscal and non-fiscal incentives. High crime rates in rural areas indicate development inequality and low welfare. The government initiated the Padat Karya Tunai Desa Program (Cash-for-Work) to improve welfare by providing employment. Using the Difference-in-Difference method with 2018 and 2021 PODES data from 7,721 villages in East Java, this study analyzes the impact of the PKTD Program and socio-economic factors on crime using three measures: total crime types, theft, and violence. Results show that the Cash-for-Work program does not reduce total crime types and violence, but has the potential to reduce theft. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang penerbitan sertipikat pengganti setelah akta Pengikatan Jual Beli dibuat oleh Notaris. Penerbitan sertipikat pengganti tersebut dilakukan dengan alasan hilang dengan menyerahkan surat keterangan dari kepolisian. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan terdapat 2 (dua) dokumen fisik yakni sertipikat tanah dengan nomor yang sama. Penelitian ini membahas Perbuatan Melawan Hukum terkait pengalihan Hak Atas Tagihan Piutang secara sepihak berdasarkan akta perjanjian kredit antara kreditur dan debitur. Untuk mendalami topik ini, penelitian ini merujuk pada Putusan Nomor 50/PDT.G/2020/PN.Bks. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah akibat hukum dari pengalihan hak atas tagihan piutang yang berhubungan dengan Akta Perjanjian Kredit. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menganalisis Perbuatan Melawan Hukum dalam konteks pengalihan hak atas tagihan (cessie) secara sepihak berdasarkan Akta tersebut. Cakupan inisiasi menyusu dini (IMD) di Indonesia lebih rendah dibandingkan rata-rata ASEAN. Padahal cakupan persalinan di fasilitas kesehatan dan dibantu oleh tenaga kesehatan telah melampaui 70%. Penyedia layanan kesehatan menjadi faktor pendukung ibu untuk melakukan IMD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran tempat persalinan dalam IMD di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan desain potong lintang, dan menggunakan data Survei Demografi Kesehatan Indonesia tahun 2017. Sampel penelitian adalah wanita usia 15-49 tahun dari seluruh provinsi di Indonesia. Regresi logistik ganda dilakukan untuk menganalisis IMD dari berbagai tempat persalinan. The article introduces the Calderbank offer, a strategic instrument from common law that promotes early settlement. By integrating civil law’s adversarial approach and practice to settle with settlement offer in common law, this concept aligns with peace theory and could enhance efficiency in BANI Arbitration Center. The phenomenon of single candidates in regional elections in Indonesia has created a dilemma in applying democratic principles, especially regarding ballot design that often confuses voters. The Constitutional Court’s Decision Number 100/PUU-XIII/2015 mandated a plebiscite design with “agree” or “disagree” options for single candidates.
