The aim of conducting this study was to determine the challenges to the development of institutional repositories in academic libraries in universities in Nigeria. The researcher made use of descriptive survey research design. A total of 120 Systems Librarians from federal, state and private university libraries in Nigeria were sampled for the study with questionnaire as the instrument for data collection. The present study aims to gauge the perceptions of working library professionals toward the significance of Virtual Reference Service (VRS) vis-à-vis Traditional Reference Service (TRS). The study is based on sample drawn from members of the CRIKC libraries. The study sample was collected by conducting a questionnaire method and the analysis of the data was done quantitatively with the help of both descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using the software IBM SPSS. This study investigated perceived influence of bibliotherapy on the rehabilitation of drug addicts in South-west Nigerian teaching hospitals. The study specifically identified the pattern of information utilisation by drug addicts; examined approaches used by medical librarians in administering bibliotherapy and perception of drug addicts on behaviour modification using bibliotherapy. This study examines and discusses the overview of the contributions made by the Indian Universities that signed MOU to the Open Access repository with INFLIBNET namely Shodhganga. 463 universities are contributing 247285 theses in Shodhganga in the INFLIBNET list as of 24.04.2020 where the State Universities contributed 195913 theses (79.22percent). Tamil Nadu contributed the highest number of theses 46416 where a maximum of 11908 theses was contributed by the individual university from Calcutta University, West Bengal. Subsoil carbon (C) stocks are a prime target for efforts to increase soil C storage for climate change mitigation. However, subsoil C dynamics are not well understood, especially in soils under long-term intensive agricultural management. We outline a process for using large coder teams (10 + coders) to code large-scale qualitative data sets. The process reflects experience recruiting and managing large teams of novice and trainee coders for 18 projects in the last decade, each engaging a coding team of 12 (minimum) to 54 (maximum) coders. We identify four unique challenges to large coder teams that are not presently discussed in the methodological literature: (1) recruiting and training coders, (2) providing coder compensation and incentives, (3) maintaining data quality and ensuring coding reliability at scale, and (4) building team cohesion and morale.
