Purpose - Measurement of information has long been studied for many years from different perspectives. Acknowledging this diversity, the article aims at reviewing approaches to the information measurement.

Design/methodology/approach – Literature review method was used to analyze and interpret main approaches of measuring information.

Findings - Logarithm, volume, syntax, probability and entropy, quantity, impact, value, and energy of information were identified and investigated in detail as the major approaches to the information measurement.

Originality/value - Discussing strengths and weaknesses of each approach, it concludes that a multi-dimensional approach would help us measure the information more accurate.

A total of 6425 publications were published on Covid-19 drugs and medicine, which received 313411 Citations during 2020-2021. In all, there were 140 countries involved in research in Covid-19 drugs and medicine. This paper's main objective is to examine the awareness and use pattern of electronic resources by doctoral research scholar’s community of the Central University of Tamil Nadu. The investigator adopted a survey method used for the study. Structured questionnaires were administered to the 100 respondents to collect data for the study and returned questionnaires were analysed using simple percentage by the SPSS software. Findings of the survey revealed that the majority of doctoral students aware of electronic resources and user education/training programs are the most important for maximum utilization of electronic resources in University Library.

Citations of the top 100 most cited papers of the ‘Journal of Geological Society of India’, the premier geology journal published from India, in Web of Science (WoS), are analysed. The parameters used include publication year, citation count, age of publications, contributing authors, institutions, countries and most occurring keywords. Spearman’s rank rho (ρ) is used to ascertain the association between citation count and age of publications. This paper deals with the scientometric analysis of the global literature on Hydroxychloroquine as indexed in SCOPUS database from its first publication in 1946 to 2020. The objective of the study was to perform a scientometric analysis of Hydroxychloroquine publications. The study analyzed 25,163 publications which were contributed by 88,834 individual authors affiliated to 159 countries. Spurred by availability of automatic segmentation software, in vivo MRI investigations of human hippocampal subfield volumes have proliferated in the recent years. However, a majority of these studies apply automatic segmentation to MRI scans with approximately 1 × 1 × 1 mm3 resolution, a resolution at which the internal structure of the hippocampus can rarely be visualized. This research assessed the prevalence and levels of information seeking anxiety among business students at Lahore School of Economics, Lahore, Pakistan so that remedial measures could be taken to reduce anxiety. The data were collected from 283 students using a survey questionnaire, containing an Information Seeking Anxiety Scale along with certain demographic and academic variables, and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics.
