The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of e-learning on the quality of learning of the Library Science students amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was conducted in Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara Medan (UINSU), Indonesia. Data was obtained from 83 respondents, that were selected from a total population of 497 students using questionnaires, and, was analyzed using descriptive statistical and simple linear regression techniques. This paper is aimed at presenting the results of a survey conducted to determine the utilization of online public access catalogue (OPAC) among library users in some selected tertiary institutions in Lagos State. Five objectives was design for the study which are awareness, the frequency of use, the purpose of use, method of search and challenges of using OPAC. The study explores the impact of the teaching of IL skills on the academic performance of undergraduate students of the SPH of the UHAS. The study uses primary data collected from 54 students with the help of a questionnaire and analysed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21. Purpose: This study examined the printed and electronic information resources of public libraries of Pakistan, and to know the budget allocated by the libraries for the procurement of information resources.

Methodology: The study was quantitative in nature and the questionnaire-based survey was conducted to collect data from 119 public libraries of the country. The collected data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 23.
