He actually goes so far as to say that he does not think it is wise to suspend college for the Christmas holidays as his son Ray needs as much time as he can get in his books. This warranty deed, dated November 22, 1899, describes the conveyance of a strip of land in Attala County, Mississippi from M. E. Lansdale to B. F. Ray at a cost of five dollars to be used to access to property already owned by Ray. The title is conditioned to revert back to Lansdale when the strip is no longer used by Ray.
