Background: Syringohydromyelia occurs about 30.0 - 85.0% in patients with Chiari I malformation (CMI). Objective: To determine acute effect of elevated plasma glucose from a low-dose sugar ingestion on forearm blood flow (FBF) in healthy men. Abernethy malformation was demonstrated in a 10-year-old boy, whose underlying disease of blue rubber bleb nevus syndrome (BRBNS) was achieved first-time-right diagnosis by cutaneous stigmata, presenting with persistent gross hematuria and hemodynamic instability secondary to vesical venous malformation. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) imaging was obtained to explore identifiable and treatable causes of the active bleeding, revealing Abernathy malformation and unusual visceral slow-flow vascular malformations including venous varicosities and splenic lymphangiomatosis. การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาแบบสอบอัตนัยประยุกต์วัดทักษะการคิดวิจารณญาณทางคณิตศาสตร์และวิธีตรวจให้คะแนนรูบริกสองชั้นสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพวิธีตรวจให้คะแนนรูบริกสองชั้นในแบบสอบอัตนัยประยุกต์วัดทักษะการคิดวิจารณญาณทางคณิตศาสตร์สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และ (3) เปรียบเทียบความเที่ยงของแบบสอบอัตนัยประยุกต์วัดทักษะการคิดวิจารณญาณทางคณิตศาสตร์สำหรับนักเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ที่ใช้วิธีตรวจให้คะแนนที่แตกต่างกัน โดยประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีการสรุปอ้างอิง ตัวอย่างวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 จำนวน 90 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบสอบอัตนัยประยุกต์วัดทักษะการคิดวิจารณญาณทางคณิตศาสตร์ และวิธีการตรวจให้คะแนน สถิติที่ใช้ คือ Cronbach’s alpha, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation และ G-Coefficient ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) แบบสอบอัตนัยประยุกต์วัดทักษะการคิดวิจารณญาณ ทางคณิตศาสตร์แต่ละข้อสอดคล้องกระบวนการคิดวิจารณญาณทางคณิตศาสตร์ และวิธีตรวจให้คะแนนรูบริกสองชั้น ชั้นที่ 1 ประเมินข้อรายการย่อย ชั้นที่ 2 แปลงคะแนนชั้นที่ 1 (2) วิธีตรวจให้คะแนนรูบริกสองชั้นมีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาสอดคล้องกับแนวคำตอบความเที่ยงการตรวจให้คะแนนภายในผู้ประเมินและระหว่างผู้ประเมินมีค่าสูง และ (3) วิธีตรวจให้คะแนนรูบริกสองชั้นมีความเที่ยงสูงกว่าวิธีตรวจให้คะแนนวิเคราะห์ย่อยและวิธีตรวจให้คะแนน Knox อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.1 ตามลำดับ

กลยุทธ์การบริหารกิจการนักเรียนเพื่อความเป็นพลเมืองโลก สำหรับโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาขอนแก่น, จอมไตร ทันโส, ดาวรุวรรณ ถวิลการ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ความต้องการจำเป็น และนำเสนอกลยุทธ์การบริหารกิจการนักเรียนเพื่อความเป็นพลเมืองโลก โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาขอนแก่น ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 79 คน ครู จำนวน 406 คน รวม 485 คน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.901 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารกิจการนักเรียนเพื่อความเป็นพลเมืองโลก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.83 อยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพพึงประสงค์ของการบริหารกิจการนักเรียนเพื่อความเป็นพลเมืองโลก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.74 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารกิจการนักเรียนเพื่อความเป็นพลเมืองโลก ด้านที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด คือ การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนเพื่อสร้างพลเมืองโลก (PNlModified= 0.305) และพบว่า กลยุทธ์การบริการกิจการนักเรียนเพื่อความเป็นพลเมืองโลก ประกอบด้วย 4 กลยุทธ์หลัก คือ (1) กลยุทธ์การส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนดำเนินกิจกรรมในโรงเรียน (2) กลยุทธ์เปลี่ยนกระบวนทัศน์ให้ผู้เรียนสะท้อนผลการทำงาน แก้ไขปัญหาเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 (3) กลยุทธ์พลิกโฉมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ตอบสนองความต้องการของชุมชนความเป็นพลเมืองโลก (4) กลยุทธ์การสร้างเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้บูรณาการท้องถิ่น

การฝึกอบรมทักษะด้านมิติสัมพันธ์แบบสามมิติบนเทคโนโลยีเมตาเวิร์ส, ภาวพรรณ ขําทับ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนากระบวนการฝึกอบรมทักษะด้านมิติสัมพันธ์แบบสามมิติ 2) พัฒนากิจกรรมฝึกอบรมทักษะบนเทคโนโลยีเมตาเวิร์ส 3) ศึกษาผลการฝึกอบรมทักษะด้านมิติสัมพันธ์แบบสามมิติบนเทคโนโลยีเมตาเวิร์ส กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมการสร้างสื่อดิจิทัลแบบเสมือนจริง จำนวน 15 คน โดยการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กระบวนการฝึกอบรมทักษะด้านมิติสัมพันธ์แบบสามมิติ มีการกำหนดลำดับเป็นขั้นตอนตามระดับการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียน ที่มีจุดเน้นในการช่วยเหลือชี้แนะผู้เรียนอย่างเต็มที่ในช่วงแรก และลดระดับความช่วยเหลือลงเมื่อผู้เรียนเกิดความชำนาญ ก่อนให้ผู้เรียนได้เรียนรู้ด้วยตัวเอง 2) กิจกรรมฝึกอบรมทักษะบนเทคโนโลยีเมตาเวิร์ส ช่วยให้ผู้เรียนได้เห็นจุดที่เป็นสาระสำคัญที่เน้นเด่นชัด สมจริง 360 องศา โดยมีจุดสังเกตจากการใช้เส้นประ แสงเงา และสี เพื่อช่วยให้เกิดความเข้าใจในสิ่งที่ได้เรียนรู้ชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น 3) ผลการฝึกอบรมทักษะ พบว่า ความสามารถด้านมิติสัมพันธ์หลังฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ความสามารถด้านการสร้างวัตถุสามมิติของผู้เรียน ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินอยู่ในระดับดี (M = 4.13, SD = 0.60) และพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (M = 4.31, SD = 0.61)

ความคาดหวังทางการศึกษาของนักศึกษาบริหารธุรกิจเพื่อการประกอบอาชีพธุรกิจการขนส่งทางอากาศในประเทศไทย ภายใต้สถานการณ์โควิด - 19, ทัศนาวดี ไพโรจน์บริบูรณ์, พาริส หงษ์สกุล

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้การเปลี่ยนแปลงทักษะการทำงานในธุรกิจการขนส่งและ ความคาดหวังทางการศึกษาภายใต้สถานการณ์โควิด-19 เพื่อการประกอบอาชีพธุรกิจการขนส่งทางอากาศ ของนักศึกษาบริหารธุรกิจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษา 2 สาขาวิชา คือการจัดการธุรกิจการบิน และการจัดการโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชน จำนวน 305 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา การทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็นด้วยการวิเคราะความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและ t-test ผลการศึกษา พบว่า นักศึกษาทั้งสองหลักสูตร มีความสนใจทำงานในธุรกิจขนส่งทางอากาศ แต่เลือกเรียนสาขาวิชาที่แตกต่าง โดยนักศึกษาการจัดการธุรกิจการบิน ต้องการทำงานด้านบริการ ส่วนนักศึกษาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชน ต้องการทำงานด้านธุรกิจนำเข้า-ส่งออก ส่วนการรับรู้การเปลี่ยนแปลงทักษะการทำงานในธุรกิจการขนส่งภายใต้สถานการณ์โควิด-19 พบว่า นักศึกษา ทั้ง 2 หลักสูตร มีระดับการรับรู้ไม่แตกต่างกัน โดยอยู่ในระดับมากทุกประเด็น ได้แก่ ทักษะการจัดการทั่วไป ความรู้ เชิงพาณิชย์ในธุรกิจการขนส่ง ทักษะเกี่ยวกับคน และ ทักษะเทคโนโลยี ส่วนผลการศึกษาความคาดหวังทางการศึกษาภายใต้สถานการณ์โควิด-19 เพื่อการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติใน 2 ด้าน คือ ความคาดหวังด้านเนื้อหาสาระวิชาที่มีส่วนต่อการจ้างงานในอนาคต และความน่าเชื่อถือของผู้สอน

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างนวัตกรรมชุดการสอน “หนังสือเสียง สำเนียงภาษาไทย”เพื่อส่งเสริมการพูดภาษาไทย สำหรับนักศึกษากลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ 2) ศึกษาผลการใช้นวัตกรรม ฯ และ 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษากลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่อการใช้นวัตกรรมฯ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ นักศึกษากลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ที่มีปัญหาการพูดภาษาไทย จำนวน 20 คน ประกอบด้วย นักศึกษากลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ล่าหู่ อาข่า ปกาเกอะญอ และม้ง กลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ละ 5 คน โดยแต่ละกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์เป็นตัวแทนของผู้ที่มีปัญหาด้านการออกเสียงพยัญชนะต้น สระ พยัญชนะท้าย วรรณยุกต์ และพยัญชนะ ควบกล้ำ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบทดสอบความสามารถในการพูดภาษาไทย 2) นวัตกรรมชุดการสอน “หนังสือเสียง สำเนียงภาษาไทย” และ 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษากลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ต่อนวัตกรรมฯ ผลการวิจัย ทำให้ได้นวัตกรรม“หนังสือเสียง สำเนียงภาษาไทย” ที่ประกอบด้วยชุดฝึก 5 ชุด คือ (1) ชุดฝึกอวัยวะใน การออกเสียงภาษาไทย (2) ชุดฝึกพูดภาษาไทยจากคำ (3) ชุดฝึกพูดภาษาไทยจากประโยค (4) ชุดฝึกพูดภาษาไทยจากเรื่องเล่าในท้องถิ่น และ (5) ชุดประเมินการพูดภาษาไทย โดยพบว่า 1) นวัตกรรมฯ มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 82.80/86.00 2) ความสามารถในการพูดภาษาไทยของนักศึกษากลุ่มชาติพันธุ์หลังใช้นวัตกรรมฯ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงขึ้น คิดเป็นร้อยละ 25.75 3) นักศึกษากลุ่มชาติพันธุ์มีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้นวัตกรรมฯ ในระดับมากที่สุด

การวิจัยนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนานวัตกรรมสะตีมศึกษาตามแนวทางการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ เกมเป็นฐาน สำหรับนิสิตฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูระดับประถมศึกษา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาแนวทางการออกแบบบอร์ดเกมเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการออกแบบการเรียนรู้สะตีมศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิภาพ 2) พัฒนาเครื่องมือวางแผนการออกแบบบอร์ดเกมการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์บอร์ดเกม 15 ชิ้น เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้ 1) matrix analysis 2) image scale และ 3) ตารางวิเคราะห์กระบวนการออกแบบบอร์ดเกม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย และ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา แล้วจึงนำมาสังเคราะห์เป็นผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แนวทางการออกแบบบอร์ดเกมเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการออกแบบการเรียนรู้สะตีมศึกษา ควรส่งเสริมทักษะ 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ การคิดวิเคราะห์ การสื่อสาร การร่วมมือ และ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ โดยเฉพาะการคิดวิเคราะห์และความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสม คือ 60-90 นาที จำนวนผู้เล่นสูงสุดควรมากกว่า 4 คนขึ้นไป ตำแหน่งของผลิตภัณฑ์ควรระบุในตำแหน่งระหว่าง กลุ่มที่ 2 สร้างทักษะ และ กลุ่มที่ 4 ร่วมมือกันแก้ไขปัญหา 2) เครื่องมือวางแผนการออกแบบบอร์ดเกมการศึกษา มีหัวข้อดังนี้ 1) การค้นคว้า แบ่งเป็น 1.1) เนื้อหา 1.2) แนวคิด 1.3) ผู้เล่น 1.4) การศึกษาตลาด 1.5) ประสบการณ์ที่ได้ 2) การออกแบบ แบ่งเป็น 2.1) แนวเรื่อง 2.2) กลไกวิธีเล่น 2.3) องค์ประกอบ 2.4) รูปลักษณ์และความรู้สึก 2.5) ผังสรุปการเล่น 3) การพัฒนา แบ่งเป็น 3.1) การทดลองเล่น

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สำรวจความคิดเห็นและความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียน การสอนของหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการอุตสาหกรรมและนวัตกรรม 2) พัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการเรียนการสอนและวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนก่อนและหลังการทดลองใช้ และ 3) จัดทำข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารจัดการเรียนการสอนของหลักสูตร กลุ่มเป้าหมาย จำนวน 18 คน ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงผสม โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร การสนทนากลุ่ม และการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ด้วยค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความคิดเห็นและความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอน และความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการวิเคราะห์แนวทางการบริหารจัดการเรียนการสอนและผลเปรียบเทียบการจัดการเรียนการสอนก่อนและหลังการทดลองใช้ พบว่า การจัดรายวิชาเลือก ทำให้นิสิตได้เรียนรู้กับผู้เชี่ยวชาญและสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้เรียนรู้มาปรับใช้กับหัวข้อปริญญานิพนธ์และโครงการวิจัย รวมถึงการจัดทำขั้นตอนการสอบปริญญานิพนธ์ นิสิตได้นำขั้นตอนการแต่งตั้งอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาปริญญานิพนธ์ได้อย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน ก่อนนำส่งไปยังบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย ผ่านโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ในติดต่อสื่อสาร ส่งงานทันเวลา 3) ข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการบริหารจัดการเรียนการสอนของหลักสูตร ควรจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาพื้นฐานในเทอมที่ 1 และจัดรูปแบบการสอนโดยใช้โจทย์/ ปัญหาและความต้องการของภาคอุตสาหกรรมเป็นฐานในการเรียนรู้

บทความนี้ทบทวนวรรณกรรมเกี่ยวกับครุศึกษาเชิงพหุวัฒนธรรมโดยมุ่งเน้นกรณีของสหรัฐอเมริกา ซึ่งมีประวัติอันยาวนานในการพัฒนาครุศึกษาเชิงพหุวัฒนธรรมทั้งในด้านทฤษฎีและในทางปฏิบัติ เริ่มต้นด้วยการนำเสนอ คำจำกัดความและพัฒนาการโดยย่อของครุศึกษาเชิงพหุวัฒนธรรม ตามด้วยการอภิปรายเกี่ยวกับกระบวนทัศน์ครุศึกษาเชิงพหุวัฒนธรรมที่เป็นที่แพร่หลาย ได้แก่ ครุศึกษาเชิงพหุวัฒนธรรมแบบอนุรักษ์นิยม ครุศึกษาเชิงพหุวัฒนธรรมแบบเสรีนิยม และครุศึกษาเชิงพหุวัฒนธรรมแบบวิพากษ์นิยม หัวข้อสุดท้ายของบทความจะนำเสนอแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดดังกล่าวในครุศึกษาในประเทศไทย ซึ่งเพิ่งเริ่มหันมาให้ความสนใจเกี่ยวกับครุศึกษาเชิงพหุวัฒนธรรม

การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันความพร้อมของเด็กที่กำลังขึ้นชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1, ยศวีร์ สายฟ้า

รอยเชื่อมต่อทางการศึกษาจากชั้นเรียนอนุบาลสู่ชั้นเรียนประถมศึกษาเป็นช่วงเวลาสำคัญสำหรับเด็ก การสนับสนุนการปรับตัวที่ราบรื่นสำหรับเด็กในช่วงการเปลี่ยนผ่านนี้จึงมีความสำคัญมาก งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบความพร้อมของเด็กที่กำลังจะขึ้นชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ตัวอย่างวิจัยคือครูประจำชั้นอนุบาล 3 (อายุ 5 – 6 ปี) ครูประจำชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนชั้นอนุบาล 3 (อายุ 5 – 6 ปี) และผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 เครื่องมือวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามความคาดหวังที่มีต่อความพร้อมของเด็กที่กำลังจะขึ้น ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis: CFA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า องค์ประกอบความพร้อมทั้ง 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ การเจริญเติบโตและการใช้งานส่วนต่าง ๆ ของร่างกาย ทักษะทางวิชาการขั้นต้น ทักษะทางสังคม ทักษะการดูแลและช่วยเหลือตนเอง คุณลักษณะและพื้นนิสัยส่วนบุคคล และการควบคุมกำกับตนเอง ได้รับการยืนยันในกลุ่มครูว่ามีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง โดยเมตริกซ์ความแปรปรวน-ความแปรปรวนร่วมของข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์สอดคล้องกับทฤษฎี (c2 (8, N=204)= 14.690, p=.0655, (c2/df = 1.836, RMSEA=0.085, SRMR=0.004) เช่นเดียวกันกับกลุ่มผู้ปกครองที่เมตริกซ์ความแปรปรวน-ความแปรปรวนร่วมของข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์สอดคล้องกับทฤษฎี (c2(5, N=2,861) = 19.582, p = .002, c2/df = 3.916, RMSEA = 0.032, SRMR = 0.001

In vitro spermatogenesis offers a therapeutic modality for the treatment of male infertility associated with pre-or post-meiotic barriers to the spermatogenesis process. The present study reports the production of tail-bearing sperm-like cells from in vitro spermatogenesis of farming goat testis in an air-liquid inter-phase culture. The testicular fragments (1-2 mm3) were placed on agarose scaffolds at air-liquid interphase and cultured in vitro for 60 days.
