งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของมาตรการในการควบคุมมลพิษจากรถยนต์ และอิทธิพลของมาตรการในการควบคุมมลพิษจากรถยนต์ ที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อตลาดและอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตรถยนต์ที่นั่งส่วนบุคคลในประเทศไทย โดยศึกษาจากข้อมูลมลพิษในรถยนต์ โดยใช้ข้อมูลมลพิษและอุตสาหกรรมรถยนต์ในปี พ.ศ. 2554 ถึง 2565 โดยจะทำการแบ่งชุดข้อมูลออกเป็นสองช่วงคือช่วงระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2554 ถึง 2558 และ ช่วงระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2559 ถึง พ.ศ. 2565 ซึ่งเป็นช่วงก่อนและหลังผลกระทบภายหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากการดำเนินนโยบายส่งเสริมการใช้งานรถยนต์ประหยัดพลังงานและเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมของประเทศไทย พบว่า ปริมาณการปล่อยก๊าซซัลเฟอร์ไดออกไซด์ (SO₂) ก๊าซไนโตรเจนไดออกไซด์ (NO₂) ก๊าซคาร์บอนมอนอกไซด์ (CO) หลังจากการบังคับใช้นโยบายมีแนวโน้มลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ สวนทางกลับก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ (CO₂) กลับเพิ่มขึ้นในช่วงเวลาเดียวกัน ถึงแม้ในช่วงปี 2563 ประเทศไทยจะเผชิญกับปัญหาการระบาดของโรคโควิด 19 แสดงให้เห็นว่ามาตรการทางกฎหมายที่มุ่งควบคุมมลพิษจากรถยนต์ของประเทศไทยนั้นไม่ส่งประสิทธิภาพเท่าที่ควร หากแต่แสดงให้เห็นถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงของพฤติกรรมการเลือกซื้อรถยนต์ที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากเครื่องยนต์เบนซินเป็นเครื่องยนต์ดีเซล เครื่องยนต์ไฮบริด และยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) มากขึ้น

Thailand is home to more than 6 million Muslims, making Thai-Muslim the largest religious minority group. Thai – Muslim communities have long been a part of Thai society, participating in all levels of society, from economics to politics. Despite much research written on the Thai Muslim population and communities, the Bangkok Muslim communities remain understudied. ปัญหาการเล่นพนันคาสิโนออนไลน์ในเด็กและเยาวชน ในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร, วันจักร น้อยจันทร์

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและสาเหตุการเล่นพนันคาสิโนออนไลน์ของเด็กและเยาวชนในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร การศึกษาวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลจากเด็กและเยาวชน ในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร ที่เล่นพนันคาสิโนออนไลน์ จำนวน 15 คน ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก รวมถึงการศึกษาจากเอกสาร และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์สรุปอุปนัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.สภาพปัญหาการเล่นพนันคาสิโนออนไลน์ของเด็กและเยาวชนในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครจำแนกได้เป็น 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่สาเหตุเรื่องของความล้าหลังและไม่ชัดเจนของกฎหมายที่ไม่ทันกับเทคโนโลยี รวมถึงการโฆษณาที่เข้าถึงเยาวชนได้ง่าย ทำให้ปัญหานี้ขยายตัวอย่างรวดเร็ว บริบทและสภาวะที่เกี่ยวข้องเกี่ยวกับความซับซ้อนทางวัฒนธรรม การทุจริตในระบบราชการ การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี และวิถีชีวิตยุคใหม่ ล้วนส่งเสริมการเล่นพนัน และผลกระทบของปัญหานี้สร้างความเสียหายทั้งด้านการศึกษา จิตใจ สังคม และการเงินของเยาวชน การแก้ไขต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือจากครอบครัว โรงเรียน และสังคมในระยะยาว 2.สาเหตุการเล่นพนันคาสิโนออนไลน์ของเด็กและเยาวชนในกรุงเทพมหานครสามารถแบ่งเป็น 3 ปัจจัยหลัก ได้แก่ ปัจเจกบุคคล จิตวิทยา และสังคม พบว่าเยาวชนมักตัดสินใจเล่นพนันโดยประเมินความเสี่ยงและผลตอบแทนที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ โดยอาจได้รับอิทธิพลจากการเลียนแบบพฤติกรรมในสื่อออนไลน์หรือกลุ่มเพื่อน การโฆษณาที่ดึงดูด และการเสริมกำลังทั้งทางบวกและลบ นอกจากนี้ ปัจจัยทางสังคม เช่น ความสัมพันธ์ที่ไม่แข็งแรงกับครอบครัว การขาดกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ หรือความรู้สึกว่างเปล่าทางจิตใจ ล้วนมีส่วนผลักดันให้เยาวชนเข้าสู่วงจรการพนันออนไลน์มากขึ้น

Since the introduction of the Green Revolution, the use of agrochemicals in Thai farming has sparked repeated contentious debates among local policy elites, addressing issues such as consumer health, farmer livelihoods, and environmental degradation. In 2019, this subject re-emerged on the policy agenda with the proposed ban of three key agrochemicals: Chlorpyrifos, Paraquat, and Glyphosate. การศึกษาเรื่อง กระบวนการยุติธรรมในการใช้มาตรการคุ้มครองสวัสดิภาพผู้ถูกกระทำด้วยความรุนแรงในครอบครัวต่อกลุ่มคนรุ่นใหม่ (Gen-Z) ของศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวภายใต้บริบทสังคมไทย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงทัศนะ มุมมอง ความเชื่อ ค่านิยม ของกลุ่มคนรุ่นใหม่ (Gen-Z) ต่อสถาบันครอบครัว และความรุนแรงในครอบครัว และศึกษาถึงทัศนะ มุมมอง ความเชื่อ ค่านิยม ของ บิดา มารดา ผู้ปกครอง ผู้กระทำความรุนแรง และผู้ถูกกระทำความรุนแรงที่เป็นกลุ่มคนรุ่นใหม่ (Gen-Z) ที่เข้าสู่กระบวนการคุ้มครองสวัสดิภาพของศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัว ตลอดจนศึกษาบทบาทการดำเนินงาน และปัญหาอุปสรรคของกระบวนการยุติธรรมของศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวในการคุ้มครองสวัสดิภาพบุคคลที่ถูกกระทำด้วยความรุนแรงในครอบครัว เพื่อความเข้าใจและพัฒนาแนวทางแก้ไขป้องกันความรุนแรงในครอบครัว โดยวิธีการในการดำเนินการวิจัยเป็นแบบผสมผสาน คือการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณผ่านการสำรวจความคิดเห็นกลุ่มคนรุ่นใหม่ (Gen-Z) ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย 400 คน และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้กระทำความรุนแรงในครอบครัวซึ่งเป็นบิดามารดาหรือผู้ปกครอง และ ผู้ถูกกระทำด้วยความรุนแรงในครอบครัวที่เป็นกลุ่มคนรุ่นใหม่ (Gen-Z) ซึ่งเป็นบุตรหรือผู้อยู่ภายใต้การปกครอง ตลอดจนผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในกระบวนการยุติธรรมในการใช้มาตรการคุ้มครองสวัสดิภาพของศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวผลการศึกษาพบว่าทัศนะของกลุ่มคนรุ่นใหม่ Gen-Z ส่วนใหญ่มีพื้นฐานความเชื่อ ค่านิยมต่าง ๆ เกี่ยวกับครอบครัวคล้ายกับคนในยุคก่อน โดยยังเห็นว่าครอบครัวมีความสำคัญ แต่มีการรับรู้ถึงสิทธิมนุษยชนขั้นพื้นฐานในครอบครัวที่ไม่ควรมีการละเมิดทั้งทางร่างกายและจิตใจเด่นชัดขึ้น และส่วนหนึ่งมีมุมมองสะท้อนให้เห็นภาพสถาบันครอบครัวที่แตกต่างออกไป เช่น บ้านไม่ใช่พื้นที่ปลอดภัย พ่อแม่ไม่ควรคาดหวังให้ลูกมาดูแลในวัยชรา เป็นต้น ซึ่งเป็นมุมมองไปทางเดียวกันกับผู้ถูกกระทำความรุนแรงที่เข้าสู่กระบวนการคุ้มครองสวัสดิภาพของศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวได้แสดงมุมมองต่อศาลหรือบุคคลในกระบวนการยุติธรรม สำหรับผู้กระทำความรุนแรงนั้น ส่วนใหญ่จะคิดว่าการกระทำของตนเองไม่เป็นความรุนแรง แต่เมื่อเข้าสู่กระบวนการและปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งศาลที่ออกเพื่อช่วยยับยั้งไม่ให้กระทำความรุนแรง และเพื่อแก้ไขบำบัดฟื้นฟูแล้ว ก็ยอมรับว่าช่วยให้สถานการณ์ในครอบครัวดีขึ้นสามารถเดินหน้าต่อไปได้ สะท้อนว่าบริบทของความรุนแรง ในครอบครัวได้เปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามแนวคิดใหม่ ซึ่งผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในกระบวนการยุติธรรมในเรื่องนี้ต้องทบทวนและตระหนักถึงบริบทที่แปรเปลี่ยนไปดังกล่าวเพื่อสร้างสมดุลและสันติภาพภายในบ้าน อีกทั้งในระดับ มหภาคเพื่อช่วยกันรณรงค์ หรือกำหนดนโยบาย หรือกฎหมาย เพื่อสร้างสรรค์สังคมที่สงบสุขไร้ความรุนแรงอย่างยั่งยืน

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the correlation between esthetic outcomes of single-tooth implant restorations (STIRs) in the anterior maxilla, assessed by the Pink Esthetic Score (PES), White Esthetic Score (WES), and the newly introduced Esthetic Sustainable Criteria (ESC), over two follow-up periods: 5 years and 10 years. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional retrospective study was conducted involving 22 patients treated with STIRs at the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University, from January 2009 to December 2024. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยและเงื่อนไขของสถานภาพการเป็นองค์กรรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพทั้งในและต่างประเทศ (2) วิเคราะห์กระบวนการเรียนรู้ด้าน Health Literacy เพื่อป้องกันโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังในองค์กรรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และ (3) นำเสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมกระบวนการเรียนรู้ด้าน Health Literacy เพื่อป้องกันโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังในองค์กรรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ เจาะจงเฉพาะสายงานสถานที่ทำงานและสถานประกอบการ (workplace) ด้วยระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยศึกษาวิจัยเอกสารออนไลน์เกี่ยวกับองค์กรรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ ครอบคลุมภูมิภาคต่าง ๆ ของโลกที่คนวัยทำงานมีปัญหาเรื่องพฤติกรรมการดำเนินชีวิตอันก่อให้เกิดโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง และเป็นประเทศที่มีนโยบายส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ซึ่งเป็นการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) ตามคำแนะนำของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับองค์กรรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ผ่านการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ประกอบด้วยประเทศคัดสรรจำนวน 8 ประเทศ ประกอบด้วย (1) ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา (2) ประเทศแคนาดา (3) ประเทศอังกฤษ (4) ประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ (5) ประเทศออสเตรเลีย (6) ประเทศสิงคโปร์ (7) ประเทศอินเดีย (8) ประเทศญี่ปุ่น และทำการเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามในพื้นที่ประเทศไทย จำนวน 4 แห่ง จากเกณฑ์การคัดสรรจาก 2 แหล่ง คือ (1) องค์กรที่ได้รับโล่รางวัลเชิดชูเกียรติ องค์กรแห่งความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2561 จากกรมอนามัย กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ประเทศไทย (2) องค์กรที่ได้รับความนิยมจากกลุ่มคนวัยทำงานติดอันดับ 1 ใน 10 ของประเทศไทย ข้อมูลการสำรวจจากบริษัท จัดหางาน จ๊อบดีบี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2562 ประกอบด้วย (1) สถาบันพัฒนาสุขภาวะเขตเมือง ภายใต้กรมอนามัย กระทรวงสาธารณสุข (2) บริษัท เอส แอนด์ พี ซินดิเคท จำกัด (มหาชน) (3) บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด …

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาโมเดลที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการพยากรณ์จำนวนสายโทรศัพท์เข้าของศูนย์บริการข้อมูลทางโทรศัพท์แบบรายครึ่งชั่วโมง โดยศูนย์บริการข้อมูลทางโทรศัพท์ หรือ Call Center มีบทบาทเป็นศูนย์รวมสายโทรเข้าและโทรออกของธุรกิจ ซึ่งเป็นช่องทางสำคัญในการตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการสอบถามข้อมูล การขอคำแนะนำ หรือแก้ปัญหาต่าง ๆ ศูนย์บริการข้อมูลทางโทรศัพท์จึงมีการจัดวางแผนกำลังคนรับสาย เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับปริมาณสายโทรศัพท์ที่คาดว่าจะเข้ามา แต่ในบางครั้งการวางแผนจัดกำลังคนรับสายอาจต้องมีการปรับระหว่างวัน เนื่องจากจำนวนสายโทรเข้าอาจมีจำนวนมากกว่าหรือน้อยกว่าที่คาดการณ์ไว้ ซึ่งวิธีการเดิมที่บริษัทใช้ในการคำนวน อาจมีความคลาดเคลื่อน และไม่สามารถปรับตัวเลขได้ภายในระยะเวลาอันสั้น งานวิจัยนี้จึงนำเสนอการพยากรณ์จำนวนสายโทรศัพท์เข้าของศูนย์บริการข้อมูลทางโทรศัพท์แบบรายครึ่งชั่วโมง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพยากรณ์ปริมาณสายการโทรเข้าช่วงหลัง 10 น. เพื่อช่วยให้ฝ่ายวางแผนกำลังคนเห็นแนวโน้มปริมาณสายที่คาดว่าจะเข้ามา และตัดสินใจปรับแผนการจัดกำลังคนได้อย่างทันท่วงที โดยโมเดลจะจัดกลุ่มและพยากรณ์รูปแบบการกระจายตัวของปริมาณสายโทรเข้า และพยากรณ์จำนวนสายที่คาดว่าจะเข้ามา ผลการทดลองพบว่า โมเดลที่พัฒนาขึ้นมี MAPE อยู่ที่ 20.8% ซึ่งมีประสิทธิภาพดีกว่าวิธีการคำนวนเดิมของบริษัทที่มี MAPE อยู่ที่ 52.7%

This research article focuses on two objectives: examining the design concepts and construction techniques of musical instruments made from recycled materials by Uthen Pialor and exploring the materials used and their associated benefits. The researcher utilized a case study research design, conducting qualitative research through semi-structured interviews. The interviews covered three key aspects: design concepts, construction techniques, materials used, and benefits derived from using recycled materials. Findings revealed innovative design concepts, prioritizing sturdy recycled materials and integrating natural elements. The study took place in 2019-2020 investigating its background, transmission, Islamic views on performances, instruments, and musical contents. This study describes the changes in the dramaturgy of sandiwara, a folk theater in West Sumatra. The research was carried out using a combined research method: literary studies and artistic methods, through a project of making play scripts and dramaturgical worksheets. Research data was collected through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and individual interviews. This paper aims to present Khaen melodies (an Isan musical instrument) by analyzing the original notes and arranging them for piano, using Western music composition theory to adapt the notes to suit beginner-level piano players. Based on qualitative research and creative music research, the creative process emphasizes preserving the original accents and primary melodies of the Khaen. Additionally, it develops the musical structure and harmonies to align with contemporary Western classical music. Objective: This study aimed to describe the demographic profiles, clinical characteristics, and the 5-year clinical course of Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy (FECD) in Thai patients. Secondary objectives included identifying the risk factors associated with corneal transplantation and evaluating surgical trends, particularly the types of corneal transplantation performed. Methods: This retrospective cohort study analyzed clinical data from 900 Thai patients (1,743 eyes) diagnosed with FECD. Demographic information, clinical characteristics, and follow-up data over five years were collected. Cancer-testis antigens (CTAs), notably from the MAGE gene family, have opened new possibilities for improving immunotherapy in HCC due to their tumor-specific expression and high immunogenicity. Objective: To determine the incidence of DIH and identify risk factors in Thai and Filipino PLWH on tuberculosis (TB) treatment, compared with those with TB mono-infection. Materials and Methods: We conducted a cohort study of Thai and Filipino adults with active TB using retrospective data from Thailand (2000–2024) and prospective data from the Philippines (2024). Lusianthridin (LST), a bioactive compound isolated from Dendrobium venustum, exhibits notable vasoprotective properties. This study aimed to elucidate the underlying molecular mechanisms of LST by evaluating its effects on platelet function and endothelial cell activation in vitro. In human platelets, LST significantly inhibited collagen-induced aggregation, an effect associated with elevated phosphorylation of vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP) and suppression of Akt phosphorylation. In EA.hy926 endothelial cells, LST attenuated tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α)-induced endothelial dysfunction by reducing nitric oxide (NO) production and suppressing the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines, including interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β).
