Dataset: Catch Of Egg-Bearing Blue Crabs (Callinectes Sapidus) From 1995 To 2019 In The James River And Chesapeake Bay Mainstem, Alexandra K. Schneider, Mary C. Fabrizio, Romuald N. Lipcius
Data
Monthly catch of egg-bearing blue crabs, Callinectes sapidus, by the Virginia Institute of Marine Science Trawl Survey are provided in a CSV file. Catch data is aggregated over all stations sampled per month for the Chesapeake Bay mainstem and James River from 1995 to 2019. Months are limited to February, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, and November. Sampling protocols and methods for the survey can be found in Tuckey and Fabrizio 2022 (Estimating Relative Juvenile Abundance of Ecologically Important Finfish in the Virginia Portion of Chesapeake Bay) doi: 10.25773/9WV1‐PS18. The catch values have been adjusted to account for …

Bringing Stakeholders Along For The Ride: Towards Supporting Intentional Decisions In Software Evolution: Supplemental Material, Alicia M. Grubb, Paola Spoletini
Data
Supplemental material for the research paper entitled, "Bringing Stakeholders Along for the Ride: Towards Supporting Intentional Decisions in Software Evolution". This paper presents an initial literature review to define intentionality, disambiguate it from its use in literature, and position it in relation to similar concepts. This supplement contains the literature review data file.
Feasibility Assessment Of Warm Mix Asphalt In Arkansas, Zahid Hossain, Ashraf Elsayed, Mohammad Najmush Sakib Oyan
Feasibility Assessment Of Warm Mix Asphalt In Arkansas, Zahid Hossain, Ashraf Elsayed, Mohammad Najmush Sakib Oyan
Data
The future of Warm Mix Asphalt (WMA) technologies is promising in the U.S. However, the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) does not have any specific guidelines to implement them in the field. This research aims to provide necessary baseline data for WMA as a proof of concept. In this study, three ARDOT approved Performance Grade (PG) binders namely PG 64-22, PG 70-22, and PG 76-22 were investigated. Each of these binders was obtained from two different sources. They were modified by varying doses of four selected additives: Sasobit®, Advera®, Evotherm®, and Rediset®. Additionally, four different types of aggregates (sandstone, limestone, …
Environmental Conditions At Fish Capture Sites In Virginia Waters, 2000 -2016, Mary C. Fabrizio, Troy D. Tuckey, Aaron J. Bever, Michael L. Macwilliams
Environmental Conditions At Fish Capture Sites In Virginia Waters, 2000 -2016, Mary C. Fabrizio, Troy D. Tuckey, Aaron J. Bever, Michael L. Macwilliams
Data
Environmental data are provided in CSV and xlsx formats which can be read in Excel or imported into other software programs such as R, SAS, and MatLab. Surface and bottom temperature, salinity, and dissolved oxygen data were collected by the VIMS Juvenile Fish Trawl Survey program under the direction of Drs. M. C. Fabrizio and T. D. Tuckey.
Stations were selected for sampling from a stratified random design, and collections occurred monthly from 2000 to 2016. Protocols and methodological details can be found in Tuckey and Fabrizio 2021 (Estimating Relative Juvenile Abundance of Ecologically Important Finfish in the Virginia Portion …
Requirements Engineering Education Slr Data Set 1988-2020, Marian Daun, Alicia M. Grubb, Bastian Tenbergen
Requirements Engineering Education Slr Data Set 1988-2020, Marian Daun, Alicia M. Grubb, Bastian Tenbergen
Data
Requirements Engineering (RE) has established itself as a core software engineering discipline. It is well acknowledged that good RE leads to higher quality software and considerably reduces the risk of failure or exceeding budgets of software development projects. Therefore, it is of vital importance to train future software engineers in RE and educate future requirements engineers to adequately manage requirements in various projects. However, to date there exists no central dataset for RE Education articles. To lay the foundation for this important mission, we conducted a systematic literature review. In this dataset, we present 152 articles from the Requirements Engineering …
Analysis Of The Causes Of Workforce Shortages: Create Guidelines For Education And Workforce Development In Transportation To Generate Future Careers For The Navajo Nation, Gholam Ehteshami
Data
Activities were dedicated to the collections, summarizations and categorizing more research articles related to the analysis of the sources of workforce deficiencies. The focus was on the technical and educational solution methods and strategies, guideline relevant to the workforce development. The times also were committed to the development of educational modules related to carrier’s opportunities in the transport industry into a couple of courses. Several NTU STEM students were interviewed, selected and introduced for the summer research internships in transportation areas to LSU Tran SET center. Outreach activities conducted with the community and some of the high school professionals related …
Educational And Workforce Development Through Creation Of Programs In Transportation To Generate Future Careers For Our Students In Navajo Nation Region, Gholam Ehteshami
Educational And Workforce Development Through Creation Of Programs In Transportation To Generate Future Careers For Our Students In Navajo Nation Region, Gholam Ehteshami
Data
Navajo Technical University (NTU) in New Mexico, has made a partnership with the Tran-SET regional center at Louisiana State University, LSU. We have provided learning and training the Native American students in transportation-related Industries to some of STEM students at NTU through these partnerships opportunities. The program was designed and supported by Native American students from high school to STEM undergraduate students. The program was implemented accordingly with four main components: (1). Selected eligible and interested Native American student to paid summer internships to the field and facilities of transportations industries and participate in research summer at LSU. (2). Directed …
