Former research has shown that attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) has significant negative implications for people’s socioemotional functioning. Additionally, trauma and ADHD have been biologically and bidirectionally connected in the literature. A notable gap exists in the literature regarding how ADHD and trauma interact to affect socioemotional functioning. The following study sought to examine epistemic mistrust as a potential mediating factor between ADHD and socioemotional functioning, when moderated by trauma. Specifically, childhood interpersonal trauma was expected to amplify ADHD’s negative impact on socioemotional functioning, partially explained by epistemic mistrust. This study explores costume creation as a narrative-based intervention for integrating "shadow" parts, or aspects of the self that are repressed or alienated due to shame, trauma, or social pressure. Grounded in Jungian analytic psychology, narrative therapy, and expressive arts theory, the research addresses the limitations of traditional talk therapy in accessing somatic memory and proposes costume making as a pathway for externalization and re-authorship. This study examines how traditional and social medai shape public perception of U.S. Supreme Court decisions on Civil liberties, focusing on four landmark cases: Dobbs v. In Ghana, cultural beliefs often silence open discussion about mental health. Many view emotional struggles as spiritual weakness, leading to stigma and avoidance of care. For adults who experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), this silence can worsen the long-term impact of trauma. While Western research links stigma to reduced help-seeking and shows that trauma knowledge can promote openness, little is known about how these relationships function within Ghana’s cultural context. This study examined the relation between student conduct history and psychosocial characteristics, including university belongingness, perceived stress, and self-esteem, among undergraduate students at West Chester University. A total of 392 students ages 18–25 completed self-report measures via Qualtrics, including the University Belongingness Questionnaire (UBQ), the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-14), and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES). Participants were recruited through the SONA system and in collaboration with the Office of Student Conduct to include students with and without a documented conduct record. Article I of the Constitution empowers Congress to “lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises.” It is arguably Congress’s most important power. A government’s first task is to fund itself, and the absence of an enforceable funding mechanism under the Articles of Confederation was a primary reason for the Constitution in the first place. Yet scholarly and judicial attention has focused mostly on the term “taxes” (and specifically what constitutes a “direct tax” that must be apportioned) while largely overlooking the three terms that follow—the duties, imposts, and excises that are collectively known as the “indirect taxes.”

It is a method for understanding issues faced by oppressed populations, while centering the perspective of these populations. Librarians, with their core values of access, intellectual freedom, stewardship and democracy, share bibliodiversity advocates’ vision of an eco-social system of diverse cultures and reading as a democratic and emancipatory practice. Librarians bolster bibliodiversity by collecting inclusively, critically reviewing and decolonizing library collections, and centering access. Building on previous discussions on the role of open access in strengthening bibliodiversity, this paper acknowledges and articulates how interlibrary loan and library resource sharing also support bibliodiversity. ความสมดุลและความสมบูรณ์ของทรัพยากรธรรมชาติเป็นสิ่งที่มนุษยชาติต้องการ การใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างไม่มี ประสิทธิภาพและขาดการพิจารณาในด้านการอนุรักษ์ โดยเฉพาะทรัพยากรป่าไม้ ทรัพยากรดินและทรัพยากรน้ำ ทำให้เกิดความเสื่อมโทรมในพื้นที่ลุ่มน้ำ ซึ่งจะมีผลกระทบต่อสภาพแวดล้อม เช่น การเกิดอุทกภัยอย่างฉับพลันในฤดูฝนและภาวะแห้งแล้งอย่างรุนแรงในฤดูแล้ง รวมทั้งคุณภาพน้ำในแหล่งน้ำหลายๆ แห่งไม่เหมาะสมแก่การบริโภคอุปโภค การเกษตรกรรมและอุตสาหกรรม
การจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำในพื้นที่ลุ่มน้ำที่ผ่านมา ทั้งหน่วยงานของรัฐและประชาชนต่างก็คิดว่าปริมาณทรัพยากรน้ำมีมากมาย และเหลือเฟือใครๆ ก็สามารถนำทรัพยากรน้ำมาใช้สำหรับกิจกรรมต่างๆ เพื่อให้ได้ประโยชน์มากที่สุด เพราะทุกคนต่างคิดว่าปริมาณน้ำที่ถูกนำมาใช้ไม่มีต้นทุน แต่จากการพัฒนาและความเจริญของประเทศอย่างรวดเร็ว ทำให้มีการใช้ทรัพยากรน้ำ อย่างฟุ่มเฟือยและไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ ในปัจจุบันบางลุ่มน้ำได้แสดงให้เห็นถึงความ ขัดแย้งลักษณะต่างๆ ซึ่งต่อไปในอนาคตทรัพยากรน้ำจะขาดแคลนและก่อให้เกิด ปัญหาของความขัดแย้งที่รุนแรงขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ จึงจำเป็นที่รัฐบาลจะต้องหามาตรการในการจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาความขัดแย้งในการใช้ทรัพยากรน้ำที่เด่นชัด
ในขณะที่ปัจจุบันมีทฤษฎีที่สำคัญ คือ การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน ทฤษฎีใหม่ตามแนวพระราชดำริ ที่พยายามแนะให้ประชาชนอยู่แบบเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง แต่กว่าที่จะมีการคำนึงถึงทฤษฎีนี้หรือนำไปปฏิบัติ บางพื้นที่ก็อาจจะสายไปแล้ว การที่จะแก้ไขให้สิ่งแวดล้อมมีสภาพเหมือนเดิมหรือทำให้ ประชาชนมีรายได้หรือคุณภาพชีวิตดีขึ้น ก็ต้องใช้ความรู้ ความสามารถ ระยะเวลา และงบประมาณค่อนข้างสูง และเพื่อให้การพิจารณาแก้ไขปัญหาทั้งหมดมีประสิทธิภาพ ต้องมีการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาทั้งพื้นฐานและเพื่อความยั่งยืนของการพัฒนาแบบบูรณาการ

สารประกอบอินทรีย์ระเหยในกรุงเทพมหานคร: ระดับความเข้มข้นการแพร่กระจายตามฤดูกาล และแหล่งที่มาที่สำคัญ, พรรณวดี สุวัฒิกะ, วงศ์พันธ์ ลิมปเสนีย์

สารประกอบอินทรีย์ระเหย (Volatile Organic Compounds) มีบทบาทสำคัญในการเป็นสารตั้งต้นของโอโซนซึ่งเป็นมลพิษ อากาศที่ก่อให้เกิดการระคายเคืองต่อทางเดินหายใจ มีผลต่อการทำงานของปอด เป็นสาเหตุหนึ่งของโรคปอดอักเสบเรื้อรัง และตัวสารประกอบอินทรีย์ระเหยแต่ละชนิดยัง เป็นอันตรายต่อสุขภาพด้วย การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อหาสัดส่วนแหล่งที่มาของ สารประกอบอินทรีย์ระเหยในบรรยากาศ กรุงเทพมหานคร การศึกษาประกอบด้วย 1) การตรวจวัดความเข้มข้นของสารประกอบอินทรีย์ระเหยในบรรยากาศกรุงเทพมหานคร 4 จุด ในช่วงกรกฎาคม 2546 ถึง กุมภาพันธ์ 2547 2) การจัดทำองค์ประกอบสารประกอบอินทรีย์ระเหยจากแหล่งกำเนิดต่างๆ และ 3) นำข้อมูลทั้งสองส่วนมาใช้ในแบบจำลองแหล่งรับเพื่อคำนวณสัดส่วนแหล่งที่มาของสารประกอบอินทรีย์ระเหยในกรุงเทพมหานคร ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความเข้มข้นของสารประกอบอินทรีย์ระเหยรวมในฤดูลม มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ หรือช่วงฤดูฝนมีค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่าง 666.5-972.6 ppbC สูงกว่า ในฤดูลมมรสุมตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ หรือฤดูแล้ง ซึ่งมีค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่าง 128.6-400.0 ppbC ผลจากแบบจำลองแหล่งรับ พบว่าสารประกอบอินทรีย์ระเหยในบรรยากาศกรุงเทพมหานคร ในฤดูลมมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ มีสัดส่วนแหล่งที่มาจากหม้อไอน้ำ ที่ใช้น้ำมันเตา 22% ไอเสียรถยนต์เบนซิน 21% การเผาชีวมวล 19% ไอระเหยน้ำมันเบนซิน 12% ไอระเหยจากสีน้ำมันและทินเนอร์ 8% ไอเสียรถดีเซล 5% ก๊าซจากกองขยะ 4% ควันจากการปิ้งย่างอาหาร 2% และเป็นแหล่งกำเนิดที่จำแนกไม่ได้ 7% ส่วนในฤดูลมมรสุมตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ พบว่าแหล่งกำเนิดที่สำคัญได้แก่ ไอเสียรถยนต์เบนซิน 50% ไอระเหยน้ำมันเบนซินและก๊าซจากกองขยะแหล่งละ 12% ไอเสียรถดีเซล 6% ควันจากการปิ้งย่างอาหาร 5% ไอระเหยจากสีน้ำมันและทินเนอร์ 3% หม้อไอน้ำที่ใช้น้ำมันเตา 2% และเป็นแหล่งกำเนิดที่จำแนกไม่ได้ 10%

ข้อมูลคุณภาพอากาศในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ระหว่างเดือนตุลาคม 2546 ถึงเดือน กันยายน 2547 ได้เก็บรวบรวมจากสถานีตรวจวัดคุณภาพอากาศอัตโนมัติของกรมควบคุมมลพิษ และถูกนำมาวิเคราะห์เปรียบ เทียบกับมาตรฐานคุณภาพอากาศในบรรยากาศ เพื่ออธิบายแนวโน้มการเปลี่ยนแปลงของคุณภาพอากาศ และ บอกภาพรวมของผลกระทบคุณภาพอากาศที่มีต่อสุขภาพ
ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวม จากสถานีตรวจวัดคุณภาพอากาศอัตโนมัติ ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 2 สถานี คือ ศูนย์ราชการ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ (CM35t) และโรงเรียนยุพราชวิทยาลัย (CM36t) ซึ่งตรวจวัดสาร มลพิษทางอากาศ 5 ชนิด พบว่าค่าความเข้มข้นเฉลี่ย 1 ชั่วโมง และ 8 ชั่วโมง สูงสุดของก๊าซคาร์บอนมอนอกไซด์ ค่าความเข้มข้นเฉลี่ย 1 ชั่วโมง สูงสุดของก๊าซไนโตรเจนไดออกไซด์ และค่าความเข้มข้นเฉลี่ย 1 ชั่วโมง และ 24 ชั่วโมง สูงสุดของก๊าซซัลเฟอร์ไดออกไซด์มีค่าไม่เกินมาตรฐาน และแนวโน้มการเปลี่ยนแปลงค่าความเข้มข้นสูงสุดในรอบวัน เกิดในช่วงเวลาประมาณ 07.00-11.00 น. และ 18.00-24.00 น. ที่สถานี CM35t และ CM36t ตามลำดับ ค่าความเข้มข้นเฉลี่ย 1 ชั่วโมง สูงสุดของก๊าซโอโซน มีค่าเท่ากับ 106 และ101 หนึ่งส่วนในพันล้านส่วน ซึ่งมีค่าเกินมาตรฐาน (100 หนึ่งส่วนในพันล้านส่วน) เกิดขึ้น 2 ครั้ง ที่สถานี CM35t และ 1 ครั้งที่สถานี CM36t โดยมีแนวโน้มการเปลี่ยนแปลงค่าความเข้มข้นสูงสุดในรอบวัน เกิดในช่วงเวลาประมาณ 08.00-20.00 น. ค่าความเข้มข้นเฉลี่ย 24 ชั่วโมง สูงสุดของ ฝุ่นละอองขนาดเล็กกว่า 10 ไมครอน มีค่าเท่ากับ 207.54 และ 297.79 ไมโครกรัมต่อ ลูกบาศก์เมตร ซึ่งมีค่าเกินมาตรฐาน (120 ไมโครกรัมต่อลูกบาศก์เมตร) โดยเกิดเป็น ระยะเวลายาวนานตั้งแต่วันที่ 13 กุมภาพันธ์ …

เกาะช้าง เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวทาง ธรรมชาติที่มีศักยภาพสูง มีนักท่องเที่ยวตลอดปีอีกทั้งมีความได้เปรียบด้านภูมิศาสตร์ และมีทรัพยากรธรรมชาติที่สมบูรณ์ ทำให้การพัฒนาเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็ว จึงควรเฝ้าระวังปัญหาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมเป็นระยะ ผลการตรวจวัดคุณภาพอากาศพบว่า ช่วงการท่องเที่ยวน้อย มลสารที่สูงเกินมาตรฐาน คือฝุ่นละอองขนาดไม่เกิน 10 ไมครอน วิเคราะห์เป็นดัชนีคุณภาพอากาศเท่ากับ 108 เนื่องจากมีการก่อสร้างมาก สำหรับช่วงการท่องเที่ยวมาก ไม่มีค่าใดเกินมาตรฐาน เพราะถูกระงับการก่อสร้างเพื่อรองรับนักท่องเที่ยว
ผลการวิเคราะห์ระดับเสียงเฉลี่ยในเวลา 24 ชั่วโมง จำนวน 3 สถานีในช่วงการท่องเที่ยวน้อยคือ หาดทรายขาว 66.8 เดซิเบล ชุมชนบางเบ้า 59.9 เดซิเบล และชุมชนสลักเพชร 56.6 เดซิเบล และระดับเสียงเฉลี่ยในเวลา 24 ชั่วโมงในช่วงการท่องเที่ยวมากของหาดทรายขาวคือ 65.7 เดซิเบล ชุมชนบางเบา 61.9 เดซิเบล และชุมชนสลักเพชร 52.3 เดซิเบล ซึ่งไม่มีสถานีใดที่ระดับเสียงเกินค่ามาตรฐาน
ผลการสอบถามความคิดเห็นของประชาชนพบว่า คุณภาพอากาศบริเวณ ชายหาดอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีมาก บริเวณถนนอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีและปานกลาง ยอมรับได้รอยละ 95 ระดับเสียงบริเวณชายหาดไม่ดังรบกวน แต่บริเวณถนนร้อยละ 33 คิดว่าระดับเลียงดังแต่ก็ยอมรับได้ร้อยละ 90 ส่วนชุมชนบางเบา และชุมชนสลักเพชรประชาชนส่วนใหญ่คิดว่าระดับเลียงไม่ดัง เมื่อนำผลการตรวจวัดคุณภาพอากาศ ระดับเสียง และผลการสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์ขีดความสามารถในการรองรับได้พบว่า เกาะช้างยังไม่เกินขีดความสามารถในการรองรับได้
แนวทางในการจัดการปัญหาและลดระดับผลกระทบให้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวไม่เกินขีดความสามารถในการรองรับ ได้แก่ กำหนดให้รถบรรทุกคลุมผ้าใบขณะขนส่ง การก่อสร้างอาคารต้องมีอุปกรณ์ป้องกันฝุ่น ลดปริมาณการนำรถยนต์ขึ้นเกาะ และ พัฒนาระบบการขนล่งสาธารณะให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น

การกำจัดโครเมียมโดยใช้พืชน้ำ, พิสมัย ชัยรัตน์อุทัย, พันธวัศ สัมพันธ์พานิช

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาการกำจัดโครเมียมด้วยพืชน้ำได้แก่ จอก ผักแว่น และ สาหร่ายหางกระรอก โดยทำการปลูกพืชลงในกะละมังพลาสติกสีดำขนาด 68 นิ้ว กะละมังละ 12 ต้น และเติมน้ำเสียสังเคราะห์ที่เตรียมจากโพแทสเซียมไดโครเมต โดยมีความเข้มข้นของโครเมียมที่ใช้คือ 5, 10 และ 15 มิลลิกรัมต่อลิตร และมีชุดควบคุม (ทำเช่นเดียวกันแต่ไม่มีการเติมโครเมียม) ระยะเวลาในการทดลอง 7, 15, 21 และ 30 วัน โดยทำการศึกษาหาปริมาณโครเมียมทั้งหมด ด้วยวิธีการย่อยสลายด้วยกรดโดยใช้ไมโครเวฟ แล้วนำไปวัดด้วยเครื่องอะตอมมิกแอบซอร์บชั่นสเปคโตรโฟโตมิเตอร์ และ หาปริมาณโครเมียมเฮกซะวาเลนท์ ด้วยวิธีย่อยสลายด้วยสภาวะเบส แล้วนำไปวัดความเข้มขันของสีด้วยเครื่องสเปคโตรโฟโตมิเตอร์ จากผลการทดลองพบว่า สาหร่ายหางกระรอก และผักแว่น ที่โครเมียมระดับความเข้มข้น 15 มิลลิกรัมต่อลิตร มีอัตราการรอดตายเท่ากับ 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ขณะที่จอกมีเปอร์เซ็นต์การรอดตายเท่ากับ 66.67 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ทั้งนี้ การสะสมโครเมียม ทั้งหมดในพืชน้ำทั้ง 3 ชนิด ที่ระยะเวลา 21 วันพบว่า จอก ดีที่สุด รองลงมาคือ สาหร่ายหางกระรอก และผักแว่น ตามลำดับ โดยมี ปริมาณการสะสมโครเมียมเท่ากับ 5.991, 0.548 และ 1.317 มิลลิกรัมต่อกิโลกรัมน้ำหนักแห้ง ตามลำดับ ที่ระดับความเข้มข้น โครเมียม 15 มิลลิกรัมต่อลิตร สำหรับปริมาณโครเมียมเฮกซะวาเลนท์พบว่า จอก สามารถสะสมโครเมียมได้มากกว่าผักแว่น และสาหร่ายหางกระรอก โดยที่ระยะเวลา 30 วัน ปริมาณโครเมียมเฮกซะวาเลนท์ เท่ากับ 0.807, 0.405 และ 0.253 มิลลิกรัม ต่อกิโลกรัมน่าหนักแห้ง ตามลำดับ ที่ระดับ ความเข้มข้น 15 มิลลิกรัมต่อลิตร

การเกิดฟาวลิง ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพ ของระบบนาโนฟิลเตรชันเป็นอย่างยิ่ง ทำให้ต้องมีการล้างเพื่อฟื้นฟูประสิทธิภาพเมมเบรน งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาถึงผลของการเพิ่มช่วงห่างของความถี่การล้างเมมเบรนต่อการ เกิดฟาวลิง และประสิทธิภาพการกำจัด มลสาร ของระบบนาโนฟิลเตรชันในการ ผลิตน้ำประปาระยะยาว โดยใช้น้ำที่ผ่านจากกระบวนการกรองทรายเป็นน้ำเข้าระบบ และมีระบบไมโครฟิลเตรชันเป็นระบบบำบัดขั้นต้น โดยทำการทดลองในระดับ Pilot-Scale ผลการทดลองพบว่า การเพิ่มขึ้นของช่วงห่างการล้างเมมเบรนในรูปการลดลงของฟลักซ์ 30, 40 และ 45 เปอร์เซ็นต์จากค่าเริ่มต้นส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการ กำจัดมลสารที่ใกล้เคียงกัน โดยมีค่าอยู่ใน ช่วง 80-100 เปอร์เซ็นต์ แต่ส่งผลต่อความ เด่นชัดของกลไกการเกิดฟาวลิงที่ต่างกัน คือ Cake Formation สำหรับช่วงห่างการล้าง เมมเบรนทุกๆ การลดลงของฟลักซ์จากค่าเริ่มต้น 30 และ 40 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และ Pore Blockage สำหรับช่วงห่างการล้างเมมเบรนทุกๆ การลดลงของฟลักซ์จากค่าเริ่มต้น 45 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ทำให้ทราบว่ากลไกการเกิดฟาวลิงเริ่มจาก Membrane Limited ต่อด้วย Cake Formation และเข้าสู่ Pore Blockage ในขั้นสุดท้าย ซึ่งแสดงถึงการเริ่มเสื่อมสภาพของเมมเบรน โดยค่า NFI จะเป็นสิ่งที่พัฒนาจากการทดลองเพื่อใช้ชี้ถึง กลไกฟาวลิงที่เกิดขึ้น ซึ่งมีค่าน้อยกว่า 0.6 สำหรับ Pore Blockage และมากกว่า 0.6 สำหรับ Cake Formation ซึ่งช่วงห่าง การล้างเมมเบรนที่เหมาะสมคือล้างก่อน การลดลงของฟลักซ์ 40 เปอร์เซ็นต์จากค่าเริ่มต้น เพราะมีกลไกแบบ Cake Formation เด่นชัด ซึ่งสามารถฟื้นคืนประสิทธิภาพได้ดีที่สุด

Purpose – While DEI practices aim to enhance the outcomes of disadvantaged groups, their impact remains uncertain, with disparities often persisting. This study is a program evaluation with a mixed-methods design that evaluated the effectiveness of Y Rangers, a summer camp offered by the YMCA of San Francisco, in increasing the self-regulation abilities of school-age children. A total of 18 caregivers completed the quantitative portion of this study that included pre/post-test analyses of self-regulation measures. There were no statistically significant changes between pre and post assessments of self-regulation. A subset of seven caregivers and three Y Rangers counselors participated in interviews, the transcripts of which were analyzed using interpretive phenomenological analysis. While migration and resettlement offer opportunities, the associated stressors may adversely affect the mental health and well-being of African migrants. Strategies to address social exclusion often involve promoting social connectedness and a sense of belonging. Drawing from existing literature on social inclusion, social connectedness, and belonging, including the use of primary data, this study explored the experiences of African migrants regarding their sense of connectedness and belonging in Australia. Semi-structured interviews were conducted online with 16 African migrants living in Australia. Using purposive sampling, participants were recruited through community groups across various towns and cities. Background: Adherence to exercise interventions is often suboptimal, despite numerous studies documenting barriers and facilitators. Usability may be a critical yet underexplored determinant of adherence. This study aimed to develop and assess the psychometric properties of the Intervention Usability Scale for Exercise (IUSE). Methods: Item generation and content validation involved cognitive interviews and feedback from eight exercise intervention stakeholders and ten target users from the general public.
