تطرق هذا البحث "مواجهة الانحراف القيمي في ضوء السنة النبوية دراسة تطبيقية من خلال الصحيحين"، لدراسة الانحرافات القيمية، من حيث أسبابها ودوافعها، ودور السنة النبوية في معالجتها، وذلك من خلال استنباطها من أصح الكتب بعد كتاب الله، وهما: البخاري ومسلم، مستخدما المنهجين الاستقرائي والاستنباطي القائمين على السبر والتتبع، والهدف من ذلك استخراج قواعد تربوية، مستنبطة من أدلتها التفصيلية، من خلال سبل معالجة النبي e للانحرافات القيمية، كما ورد ذلك في صحيحي البخاري ومسلم، للاستفادة منها في معالجة الانحرافات القيمية في عصرنا الحاضر، والتي يعاني منها المجتمع الإسلامي، والحد منها.

ترمي هذه الدراسة لاستجلاء موضوعات وصف المعركة في الشعر العربي إبان فترة الفتوحات الإسلامية، حيث شهدت تلك الفترة حركة شعرية رافقت فتوحات المسلمين في الأقطار كافة، فهنالك أشعار قالها شعراء سبق لهم قول الشعر ونظمه، في المقابل ظهرت أشعار لشعراء أنطقتهم الفتوحات الإسلامية، وكانت تلك الأشعار ضمن سياق ديني ووصفي لحروب المسلمين في الفتوحات.

تناول هذا البحثُ بالدراسة أحدَ شروط العلة وهو "ألا تعود العلة المستنبطة على أصلها بالإبطال" وكان أحد الأسباب الدافعة لدراسة هذا الشرط عدمَ وضوح دلالته على معنى الإبطال، من حيث تكييفه الأصولي، وشموله للتعميم والتخصيص والرفع الكلي، واطراده في أبواب العبادات والمعاملات.

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن كيفية تعامل المفسرين مع قاعدة التأسيس أولى من التأكيد، موافقة أو مخالفة للقاعدة مع الوقوف على الأسباب التي دعتهم لهذه المخالفة. وقام الباحثان باستقراء عدد من الآيات التي وقف عندها بعض المفسرين وتحليل استنباطاتهم وبيان ما يتفق منها مع القاعدة وما يخالفها مستخدمين المنهج الاستدلالي الترجيحي. ومن أهم النتائج التي خلصت إليها الدراسة أن العمل بالقاعدة لا يقف عند آيات الأحكام، بل يشمل آيات القصص وآيات دلائل القدرة وغيرها. ومنها أن بعض المفسرين رجح ما لا يتفق والقاعدة لاعتبارات متعددة بينتها الدراسة، منها ثبوت حديث صحيح أو سبب نزول صحيح يرجح معنى يخالف القاعدة، ومنها …

هدفت الدِّراسة إلى: الكشف عن مدى تضمين منهاج التَّربية الإسلاميَّة للمرحلة الثَّانويَّة في سوريَّة مقوِّمات الهويَّة الإسلاميَّة. واعتمد الباحث على المنهجُ الوصفي الذي يعتمد على عرض الظاهرة -المرصودة والمتعلِّقة بموضوع الدِّراسة- عرضاً دقيقاً كما هي في الواقع بقصد تشخيصها وكشف جوانبها عبر استخدام أسلوب تحليل المحتوى. ومن أبرز النَّتائج التي توصَّلت إليها الدِّراسة: تبيَّن من خلال نتائج التَّحليل تضمين منهاج التَّربية الإسلاميَّة لمقوِّم الدِّين بأعلى تكرار بنسبة مئويَّة مقدارها (47.8)، تكاد تصل إلى نصف تكرار معايير تعزيز الهويَّة، يليه القيم (21.4)، ويظهر الضَّعف في مدى تضمين معايير تعزيز الهويَّة في باقي المقوِّمات، اللغة (1.9)، والعادات والتَّقاليد (0.6)، والتَّاريخ (0.5).

تمّ في هذه الدراسة الكشف عن المنطلقات الفكريّة التي ارتكزت عليها آمنة ودود في تفسيرها للآيات القرآنيّة المتعلّقة بمكانة المرأة وعلاقتها بالرجل في كتابها (القرآن والمرأة)، ثم نقد تلك المنطلقات بميزان الأدلّة النقليّة والعقليّة، بالإضافة لمناقشة أهمّ آرائها المتعلقة بمكانة المرأة في القرآن. من نتائج الدراسة:

أولاً: اعتمدت آمنة ودود منطلقات فكريّة حداثيّة، نتج عنها أحكام مُخالفة لمراد القرآن فيما يتعلّق بقضايا المرأة.

ثانياً: لقراءة ودود النسويّة للقرآن مقصدان رئيسان:

1. الطعن في التراث التفسيري لعلماء المسلمين، وتصويره بأنَّهُ تفسير ذكوري غير موضوعي.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على موضع الخلاف بين المفسرين في الآية، وسبب الخلاف وأقوال المفسرين وأدلتهم التي اعتمدوا عليها، ومن ثم الموازنة بينها، بهدف الترجيح أو الجمع بين الأقوال.

فاعتمدت الدراسة مناهج الوصف والاستقراء والمقارنة. وتوصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: اختلاف المفسرين في تحديد دلالة لفظ "ينكح" من الآية الثالثة من سورة النور إلى قولين رئيسيين: الزواج والوطء. كما تمثل محل النزاع بين المفسرين في ثلاث قضايا رئيسية: سبب نزول الآية، صيغة الخبر في الآية، الإحكام والنسخ.

This chapter addresses design research and iterative curriculum design for the Lost & Found games series. The Lost & Found card-to-mobile series is set in Fustat (Old Cairo) in the twelfth century and focuses on religious laws of the period. The first two games focus on Moses Maimonides’ Mishneh Torah, a key Jewish law code. The Riz Test: Teaching Against Islamophobia Through Film, Candace Mixon

This paper offers a concrete tool for teaching against Islamophobia using a film assignment and “the Riz Test.” In four parts, it briefly reviews terminology and literature connected to Islamophobia and Muslimophobia, histories of looking and the power of visual culture, pedagogy and critical viewing habits, the Riz Test, and examples of student engagement and course learning goals met through this assignment.
