Collection organization varies very little throughout the collection, however, prior to 1921, general correspondence was organized by location. The 1917 meeting of the Kings Mountain Baptist Association took place at Fallston Baptist Church in Fallston, NC. The introductory sermon was delivered by D. G. Washburn. The Boiling Springs High School Annual Report indicated that the school is now debt free. The Committee on Baptist Orphanage mentioned the importance of remembering the children who reside in the orphanages during the war efforts.
