Background In China, low-yield coalbed methane (CBM) wells represent a high proportion of approximately 57% (over 12400 wells), generally encountering challenges such as low pressure, dry reservoirs, and near-wellbore formation damage and blockage. Conventional hydraulic fracturing is prone to induce water blocking damage, while treatments such as acidification offer only limited blockage-removing radii. Therefore, existing techniques are insufficient to achieve blockage removal and permeability enhancement while avoiding reservoir damage. Exploring efficient waterless stimulation technologies suitable for these low-yield wells is of great significance for increasing CBM production and advancing the CBM industry. Background The Huanghuai mining area represents an important coal base in eastern China. However, the Cenozoic calcareous clay in the area exhibits high plasticity, low permeability, and potential expansion and deformation during freezing, leading to unstable freezing performance. As Large Language Models and AI chatbots become increasingly prevalent, pressing questions are raised about whether beliefs formed through LLM interactions carry the same epistemic weight as beliefs formed through human testimony. How we answer this question depends on whether LLMs can function as testifiers, a role which is typically assumed to require a human or human-like agent. This assumption has gone largely unexamined, yet its consequences are significant: if LLM outputs cannot constitute testimony, then the justificatory tools of testimonial epistemology are unavailable to any beliefs formed through LLM interaction. Multi-focus image fusion combines partially focused images into a single all-in-focus composite. Existing object-based methods assume precise spatial and scale alignment across source images, an assumption that frequently fails in Misaligned Multi-Focus Dataset scenarios due to camera displacement and focal length variation. This paper proposes a novel training-free, object-aware fusion framework to address this limitation through a five-stage pipeline: YOLOv8x detection, SAM2-L segmentation, LoFTR correspondence matching, a novel Scale-Aware Area Resize Algorithm, and GLCM-guided MSB/LSB bit-level fusion. The Bolu region, situated along the western–central segment of the North Anatolian Fault Zone (NAFZ), is characterized by a complex fault architecture in which multiple overlapping strike-slip segments and associated subsurface structures accommodate active crustal deformation. The so-called Harmancık “purple jade” from the Bursa region of northwestern Türkiye has attracted attention as a gemstone; however, its geological characteristics and provenance have long remained uncertain. This short communication presents new field observations along with mineralogical and petrological data concerning the provenance, metamorphic evolution, and geoarchaeological relevance of this unique rock type. The rock occurs as loose boulders scattered across cultivated fields in the villages of Akpınar, Kocapınar, and Gedikören, where it was previously interpreted either as part of Neogene sedimentary successions or as a high-pressure metamorphic rock affected by contact metamorphism. This paper explores the evolving transition from automation to adjudication by examining the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in dispute settlement processes. It assesses how AI can enhance procedural efficiency, support judicial reasoning, and improve access to justice. Adopting a qualitative and interpretive approach, the study analyzes academic scholarship, policy frameworks, and comparative international practices to understand the integration of AI within judicial and quasi-judicial settings (Abedi et al., 2025). The Syrian elephant (Elephas maximus asurus Deraniyagala, 1951) constitutes the extinct westernmost population of the Asian elephant and occupied parts of the Near East until the early first millennium BCE. Although historical, iconographic, and dental evidence for this population has been discussed extensively, its postcranial anatomy remains poorly documented. We present a revised osteological and morphometric study of cranial and postcranial remains recovered from the Late Bronze Age Gavur Lake Swamp assemblage (ca. 1650–1400 cal BCE) in Kahramanmaraş, southeastern Türkiye, during rescue excavations conducted in 2021 and 2022. After publishing his theory of general relativity in 1915, Albert Einstein predicted the existence of gravitational waves as a consequence of the theory. Few-shot image classification benefits from data augmentation, yet most existing methods operate in pixel space with limited control over spectral semantics. We introduce a lightweight, frequency-guided augmentation strategy based on Variational Mode Decomposition (VMD). Our method constructs an offline, per-class ModeBank by decomposing downsampled luminance patches and retaining midband modes that encode class-specific texture patterns. During episodic training, VMD is never executed online: instead, for each support image, a same-class midband mode is selected and blended using PSNR-targeted scaling with a luminance energy cap, ensuring perceptual consistency. Vehicular networks support intelligent transportation through vehicle-to-roadside Units (V2R) and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication but face challenges from dynamic topologies, limited RSU coverage, and bandwidth scarcity, which impact service delivery and revenue. RDA-ITU addresses these challenges by integrating V2R and V2V paradigms to maximize RSU revenue, enhance service availability, and improve system efficiency. It dynamically allocates services based on real-time network conditions and vehicle mobility, leveraging V2V relays to optimize both RSU-direct and cooperative communication. Through extensive simulations, RDA-ITU significantly outperforms four baselines: RBSM, VVMM-U, VVMM-LW, and VVMM-MA. BACKGROUND: Large language models (LLMs) are increasingly used to generate health information, yet their reliability as evaluators remains unclear. This study investigated the feasibility of an LLM-as-a-judge methodology in the context of infection prevention and antimicrobial resistance (AMR), comparing automated ratings with human expert benchmarks.

METHODS: We performed a secondary analysis of an expert-annotated dataset of health messages. Three leading LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) independently evaluated the same messages using an adapted DISCERN tool across five domains: information reliability, quality, AMR impact, persuasiveness, and overall score. This thesis develops and applies operator theoretic methods applied to coupled PDE analysis in general geometries, in which the coupling involves interchange across a boundary. The general geometries refer to domains with merely Lipschitz continuous boundaries (e.g. any non-convex polygon), as opposed to those with any further smoothness conditions on the boundary. The key results include a new pressure elimination method for coupled fluid–structure interaction (FSI) PDEs with boundary interchange, which allows an explicit semigroup representation of the PDE in terms of just the fluid and structure variables. Despite increasing analytical sophistication, empirical research in organization studies continues to suffer from fragile inference, uneven theoretical accumulation, and contested credibility. This paper seeks to explain why these problems persist by shifting attention from authors’ methodological choices to the evaluative dynamics of peer review. Basic parameters applied in eco-physiological studies of meadow plants are: water balance (hydration, transpiration intensity, amounts and forms of water, water deficit, etc.), assim­ilation balance (CO2 balance, assimilation performance, compensation effect), matter pro­duction. Eco-physiological studies should be followed by microclimatic measurements and the anatomical analysis of the meadow plants under study. Eco-physiological studies of meadow plants, if performed in a complex and systematic way, constitute the safest basis for detennining the characters of the entire meadow plant com­munity under the concrete conditions of natural factors prevailing in terms of natural condi­tions and human influence.

An account is given of the long-range im­portance that should be attributed to the use of No. 701 tetraploid alsike clover as an early ­maturity, fast-growing, high-yield competitive leguminous plant for irrigated pastures and arable forage cultivation.

Leguminous plants are of very great im­portance to forage production at large. They actually constitute a major source for nitrogen supply. This underlines their decisive role in grassland farming as a device by which to get to grips with the nitrogen deficit. 1. The character "in vitro digestibility" repre­sents a complex factor. It is fixed by genetic constitution. Certain correiations were found to exist between the digestibility coefficients (DC) established in the individual cuts, as well as between the DC found in the two years of alfalfa use tested.

The influence of pollinating mode and of conditions for seed formation was studied on 30 clones of different genetic constitution. The average yields per plant have changed markedly under the influence of environmental conditions, especially of variable precipitation.

The correlation between the years was positive and significant. The number of flowers forming pods and also the average number of seeds per flower and per pod are in close relation to the seed yield of the individual plants, not only under self-pollination but also under open pollination. Four micro-trials with 6 breeding varieties each of Lolium multijlorum, Lolium perenne and Dac­tylis glomerata (early and late groups) were carried out under field conditions. Neither artificial reduction in daylight by means of a sunshade nor storage of the fresh mass in a dark room with the stems kept in water or else in a plastic bag resulted in abrupt decrease in digestibility as common under conditions of low global radiation.
