เทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารความเป็นจริงเสมือนและความรอบรู้ทางดิจิทัลของคนไทย, กมลรัตน์ กิจรุ่งไพศาล

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจและอธิบายเทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารวีอาร์ (Virtual Reality; VR) ด้านความไร้เดียงสาของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อวีอาร์ ความเสี่ยงจากการใช้งาน การตอบสนองต่อสถานการณ์วีอาร์ และความรอบรู้ทางดิจิทัลที่มีต่อวีอาร์ ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 400 คน อายุ 18-59 ปี ในกรุงเทพฯ และทดสอบใช้วีอาร์เนื้อหาแนวผจญภัยที่สร้างขึ้นสำหรับการวิจัย โดยผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยเข้าถึงเนื้อหาผ่านแว่นวีอาร์และสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จำนวน 13 คน นำผลการวิจัยสองส่วนมาสังเคราะห์และเสนอแนวทางเสริมสร้างความรอบรู้ทางดิจิทัลที่มีต่อวีอาร์ และตรวจสอบด้วยวิธีการประเมินอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผลการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับวีอาร์น้อย มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับวีอาร์และรับรู้ผลกระทบด้านจิตใจจากการใช้วีอาร์ปานกลาง มีความเสี่ยงปานกลางที่จะมีใจจดจ่ออยู่กับความเป็นจริงเสมือน ละเลยสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ และเข้าถึงเนื้อหาที่มีความเสี่ยง ด้านการตอบสนองต่อสถานการณ์วีอาร์ มีพฤติกรรมจมดิ่งอยู่กับสถานการณ์ในวีอาร์มาก ทำเหมือนที่ทำในชีวิตจริงปานกลาง แต่ละเลยต่อผู้อื่นน้อย ด้านความรอบรู้ทางดิจิทัลที่มีต่อวีอาร์พบว่า แยกแยะระหว่างโลกชีวิตจริงกับโลกวีอาร์ได้ปานกลาง ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานสรุปได้ว่า ความไร้เดียงสาของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อวีอาร์ (β = 0.396) และความเสี่ยงจากการใช้งาน (β = -0.466) สามารถพยากรณ์ความรอบรู้ทางดิจิทัลที่มีต่อวีอาร์ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกหลังทดสอบเนื้อหาวีอาร์พบว่า ผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยมีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับวีอาร์ค่อนข้างน้อย ยังไม่ตระหนักถึงความเสี่ยงและผลกระทบของวีอาร์ด้านจิตใจมากนัก การรับรู้ความเสี่ยงของเนื้อหาความเป็นจริงเสมือนแตกต่างกันไปตามภูมิหลัง ผู้ใช้งานที่ยังมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้วีอาร์ไม่มากควรพิจารณาแนวเนื้อหาและประเมินความเสี่ยงที่มีต่อจิตใจและร่างกายก่อนตัดสินใจเข้าถึงเนื้อหา แนวทางเสริมสร้างความรอบรู้ทางดิจิทัลที่มีต่อวีอาร์ ได้แก่ 1) ให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวีอาร์และเนื้อหาความเป็นจริงเสมือน 2) สร้างทักษะและความสามารถในการใช้วีอาร์อย่างปลอดภัยผ่านกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติ 3) กำหนดนโยบายกำกับการเข้าถึงเนื้อหาความเป็นจริงเสมือนอย่างปลอดภัยและมีคุณภาพ

วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง การสื่อสารประเด็นสังคมร่วมสมัยของละครไม่มีบทพูดในเทศกาลละครกรุงเทพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประเด็นทางสังคมร่วมสมัยของละครไม่มีบทพูดที่ปรากฎในเทศกาลละครกรุงเทพ และศึกษาวิธีการเล่าเรื่องและวิธีการสื่อสารถึงคุณลักษณะทางการแสดงของละครไม่มีบทพูดที่มีการสื่อสารประเด็นทางสังคมในเทศกาลละครกรุงเทพ โดยทำการคัดเลือกละครไม่มีบทพูดที่มีการสื่อสารประเด็นทางสังคมในเทศกาลละครกรุงเทพปีพ.ศ. 2566 ณ หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร (BACC) จำนวน 10 เรื่อง ประกอบด้วย ละครใบ้ ฟิสิคัลเธียเตอร์ การเต้นร่วมสมัย และการแสดงแสง เสียง และเงา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า วิธีการสื่อสารประเด็นสังคมของละครไม่มีบทพูดในเทศกาลละครกรุงเทพ สามารถบอกเล่าเรื่องราวผ่านประเด็นสังคมได้เช่นเดียวกันกับละครที่มีบทพูด แต่มีวิธีการสื่อสารการแสดงที่แตกต่างกันออกไปในแต่ละรูปแบบการแสดง ซึ่งการตีความอาจขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์ของแต่ละบุคคล นับว่าเป็นจุดเด่นของละครไม่มีบทพูดที่ต้องการเปิดกว้างทางความคิดให้ผู้ชมสามารถจินตนาการและตีความเรื่องราวได้หลากหลายทิศทางอย่างไม่มีถูกหรือผิด ประเด็นสังคมที่ถูกเล่าผ่านละครไม่มีบทพูด ได้แก่ สิ่งแวดล้อม ครอบครัว ความเชื่อและความศรัทธาทางศาสนา การใช้ชีวิตและความไม่เท่าเทียมในสังคม และเศรษฐกิจ การเมือง ในขณะเดียวกันละครไม่มีบทพูดไม่ใช้วิธีการจัดวางโครงเรื่องเช่นเดียวกันกับละครที่มีบทพูด แต่ใช้วิธีการกำหนดแนวคิดหลักของเรื่องผ่านกระบวนการค้นหา การทดลอง และการสร้างงาน อีกทั้งยังนิยมสร้างสัญลักษณ์ในการแสดงเพื่อเป็นส่วนช่วยขยายเรื่องราว โดยมีคุณลักษณะเด่นในการสื่อสารประเด็นทางสังคมแตกต่างกันออกไปในแต่ละรูปแบบการแสดง ได้แก่ วิธีการสื่อสารผ่านท่วงท่าการเคลื่อนไหว การเลือกใช้อุปกรณ์ประกอบการแสดง การออกแบบเสียงประกอบการแสดง รวมถึงการจัดวางพื้นที่ให้สอดคล้องกับการแสดง

งานวิจัยเชิงสร้างสรรค์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสร้างสรรค์เรียงความภาพถ่ายเพื่อสื่อสารเรื่องชีวิตและความตายจากวรรณกรรมเรื่องทิวส์เดส์วิทมอร์รี 2) เพื่อสำรวจทัศนคติของผู้ชมที่มีต่อเรียงความภาพถ่ายจากวรรณกรรมเรื่องทิวส์เดส์วิทมอร์รี มีเครื่องมือในการวิจัยดังต่อไปนี้ 1) วรรณกรรมทิวส์เดส์วิทมอร์รีฉบับภาษาอังกฤษและฉบับแปลไทย 2) บันทึกการสร้างสรรค์ 3) การทดสอบความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 4) การสนทนากลุ่ม 5) แบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ขั้นตอนก่อนการสร้างสรรค์ ต้องศึกษาและวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างการเล่าเรื่องของวรรณกรรมฯ เพื่อทำความเข้าใจและศึกษาเรื่องชีวิตและความตาย และงานดัดแปลงที่ผ่านมา 2) ขั้นตอนการสร้างสรรค์ ได้แก่ 1) การคัดเลือกและสังเคราะห์วรรณกรรมฯ บทที่แสดงถึงเรื่องชีวิตและความตายเพื่อสร้างสรรค์บทกลอนและตัวละคร 2) การสร้างฉาก 3) การถ่ายและตกแต่งภาพ 4) การจัดทำรูปเล่ม 5) การตรวจสอบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3) ​ขั้นตอนหลังการสร้างสรรค์ การเผยแพร่ผลงานและสำรวจทัศคติผู้ชม 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) กลุ่มการสนทนากลุ่ม 2) กลุ่มการตอบแบบสอบถาม แบ่งออกเป็นกลุ่มผู้ที่เคยและไม่เคยอ่านวรรณกรรมฯ ผลการสำรวจผู้ที่เคยอ่านวรรณกรรมฯ สามารถเข้าใจเนื้อหาและแนวคิดเรื่องชีวิตและความตายได้ราบรื่นกว่าอีกกลุ่ม ทั้ง 2 กลุ่มนั้นชื่นชอบองค์ประกอบด้านภาพถ่ายมากที่สุด ส่วนใหญ่มีความเห็นว่าภาพถ่ายและกลอนนั้นส่งเสริมกัน การประเมินด้านการรับรู้เรื่องชีวิตและความตายมีเกณฑ์ในแต่ละองค์ประกอบส่วนใหญ่คือ มาก

This article examines Russian public diplomacy mechanisms in Africa. These include the intentional use of historical ties, various aid programmes in education and health, the targeted use of international broadcasting and digital media, and the exploitation of anti-Western sentiments on the continent. Russia employs these to win the hearts and minds of African publics for its national interest. The article first explores Moscow’s public diplomacy in general and analyses the challenges Russia faces in Africa, which has become a ‘dumping ground’ for public diplomacy campaigns by the US, the EU and its members, the UK, and China. Analyzing The Distinction Between Protectionism And Empowerment As Perspectives On Media Literacy Education, W. James Potter

Journal of Media Literacy Education

It has become a common practice to categorize the different perspectives on media education as following either a protectionist approach or an empowerment approach. However, the way scholars write about these two categories can be confusing and sometimes misleading. A critical analysis is presented where these writings are examined along 10 analytical dimensions that include how authors conceptualize the power differential between the media and audiences, purpose of media education, nature of instruction (scope, stance, extent, and content), role of the instructor, and outcome assessment (type of measures, timing, and indicators of success).
