The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of both gender difference and geographic location on social media literacy levels among undergraduate students in public universities in Egypt. Four aspects related to social media literacy were considered in the Likert-scale survey, including basic technical skills, digital interactions, information evaluation, and privacy and security practices. A total of 520 students participated in this exploratory research, of which 265 males and 255 females enrolled at four public universities in different geographic locations. This systematic literature review was conducted to provide insights into how online readers’ comments have been studied in the context of health over a 10-year span. About 593 studies published between 2010 and 2020; of these, 34 met the research criteria for inclusion. Our findings reveal that 60% of the studies focused on the United States, and a qualitative method was used in 74.3% of these studies. About 23.5% of the studies explored vaccine-related issues. Our results reveal that among the selected studies, 76.5% and 20.6% had female and male first authors, respectively. Textual analysis of abstracts shows that the …

The New Delhi Riots of 2020 dominated the news cycle for days, even as U.S. President Trump visited India. This article is based on news coverage of these riots during and immediately following their occurrence between February 23 and March 10, 2020. Taking a multidisciplinary approach, this article investigates the discourse on India and its minorities that frames the understanding of these riots to argue that Western media coverage betrays biases and contradictions. This study examines selective exposure and selective avoidance on social media during the 2020 presidential election. 147 voters participated in the survey conducted using Qualtrics. The purpose of this study was to understand whether selective exposure and avoidance behaviors differed based on voting outcome (Trump or Biden), and to test whether political ideological polarization was reflected in news consumption through social media. Taken together, the results indicate that although both voting bases engaged in selective exposure and avoidance, the propensity was the same between Trump and Biden voters. การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจและอธิบายเทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารวีอาร์ (Virtual Reality; VR) ด้านความไร้เดียงสาของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อวีอาร์ ความเสี่ยงจากการใช้งาน การตอบสนองต่อสถานการณ์วีอาร์ และความรอบรู้ทางดิจิทัลที่มีต่อวีอาร์ ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 400 คน อายุ 18-59 ปี ในกรุงเทพฯ และทดสอบใช้วีอาร์เนื้อหาแนวผจญภัยที่สร้างขึ้นสำหรับการวิจัย โดยผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยเข้าถึงเนื้อหาผ่านแว่นวีอาร์และสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จำนวน 13 คน นำผลการวิจัยสองส่วนมาสังเคราะห์และเสนอแนวทางเสริมสร้างความรอบรู้ทางดิจิทัลที่มีต่อวีอาร์ และตรวจสอบด้วยวิธีการประเมินอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผลการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับวีอาร์น้อย มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับวีอาร์และรับรู้ผลกระทบด้านจิตใจจากการใช้วีอาร์ปานกลาง มีความเสี่ยงปานกลางที่จะมีใจจดจ่ออยู่กับความเป็นจริงเสมือน ละเลยสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ และเข้าถึงเนื้อหาที่มีความเสี่ยง ด้านการตอบสนองต่อสถานการณ์วีอาร์ มีพฤติกรรมจมดิ่งอยู่กับสถานการณ์ในวีอาร์มาก ทำเหมือนที่ทำในชีวิตจริงปานกลาง แต่ละเลยต่อผู้อื่นน้อย ด้านความรอบรู้ทางดิจิทัลที่มีต่อวีอาร์พบว่า แยกแยะระหว่างโลกชีวิตจริงกับโลกวีอาร์ได้ปานกลาง ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานสรุปได้ว่า ความไร้เดียงสาของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อวีอาร์ (β = 0.396) และความเสี่ยงจากการใช้งาน (β = -0.466) สามารถพยากรณ์ความรอบรู้ทางดิจิทัลที่มีต่อวีอาร์ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกหลังทดสอบเนื้อหาวีอาร์พบว่า ผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยมีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับวีอาร์ค่อนข้างน้อย ยังไม่ตระหนักถึงความเสี่ยงและผลกระทบของวีอาร์ด้านจิตใจมากนัก การรับรู้ความเสี่ยงของเนื้อหาความเป็นจริงเสมือนแตกต่างกันไปตามภูมิหลัง ผู้ใช้งานที่ยังมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้วีอาร์ไม่มากควรพิจารณาแนวเนื้อหาและประเมินความเสี่ยงที่มีต่อจิตใจและร่างกายก่อนตัดสินใจเข้าถึงเนื้อหา แนวทางเสริมสร้างความรอบรู้ทางดิจิทัลที่มีต่อวีอาร์ ได้แก่ 1) ให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวีอาร์และเนื้อหาความเป็นจริงเสมือน 2) สร้างทักษะและความสามารถในการใช้วีอาร์อย่างปลอดภัยผ่านกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติ 3) กำหนดนโยบายกำกับการเข้าถึงเนื้อหาความเป็นจริงเสมือนอย่างปลอดภัยและมีคุณภาพ

This study aimed to explore the brand experience of Thai consumers toward Let’s Relax Spa and Massage across four dimensions. Using qualitative methodology, nine participants were purposively selected for on-site and online in-depth interviews, ensuring diversity based on specific criteria. The participants, actual consumers aged 27-33, shared their experiences using open-ended questions guided by Brakus et al.'s (2009) brand experience dimensions and the 7Ps of service marketing. The findings indicated an overall positive brand experience, particularly in sensory and behavioral aspects, with outstanding experiences in sight, sound, and taste senses. Research on CCT laws has shown that they are definitively unsuccessful in providing the safety they were created to provide. This thesis will utilize completed research to explain the main psychological phenomena holding people back from decreasing their support for CCT laws. It will also describe proven methods of correcting misinformation in order to change the perceptions of people who support crime control theater laws, and provide suggestions for how research should be continued.

As rampage school shootings continue to occur in the United States, media coverage of such shootings continues to evolve. Media is a powerful force for how people form their understandings, opinions, and beliefs and, at least in part, the types of media they consume, it is important to understand how rampage school shootings are conveyed to the public. การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างของลักษณะทางประชากร ปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยา การเปิดรับสื่อและการตัดสินใจใช้บริการศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมของผู้บริโภคในพื้นที่ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 205 คน ที่มีอายุระหว่าง 18 – 60 ปี มีภูมิลำเนาหรืออาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครปฐม และเคยใช้บริการศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐม อย่างน้อย 1 ครั้ง ในระยะเวลา 2 เดือนที่ผ่านมา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยาเกี่ยวกับการใช้บริการศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมทุกด้านในระดับมาก โดยมีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อด้านทัศนคติมากที่สุด มีการเปิดรับสื่อเกี่ยวกับศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมผ่านช่องทางเฟซบุ๊ก (Facebook) ในช่วงเวลา 16.01 – 22.00 น. มากที่สุด โดยได้รับข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและสินค้าใหม่ของร้านค้าในศูนย์การค้า และมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อต้องการทราบข้อมูลและการจำหน่ายสินค้าของร้านค้าในศูนย์การค้า นอกจากนี้กลุ่มตัวอย่างยังมีการตัดสินใจใช้บริการศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมโดยคำถึงความต้องการของตนเองก่อนตัดสินใจใช้บริการและจะยังคงใช้บริการศูนย์การค้าต่อไปในอนาคต ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานยังพบว่า ลักษณะทางประชากร เพศและอาชีพของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยาแตกต่างกัน และลักษณะทางประชากร เพศ อายุ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนที่แตกต่างกันมีการเปิดรับสื่อเกี่ยวกับศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมแตกต่างกัน รวมถึงลักษณะทางประชากร เพศ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพที่แตกต่างกันมีการตัดสินใจใช้บริการ ศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ทัศนคติ ความคิดเห็น และแนวทางการปรับใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์ในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานโฆษณาของบุคลากรในอุตสาหกรรมโฆษณา ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากบริษัทตัวแทนโฆษณาจำนวน 5 ท่าน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการสื่อสารการตลาดจำนวน 5 ท่าน รวม 10 ท่าน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์มีศักยภาพในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และลดขั้นตอนการทำงานของกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์โฆษณา จากคุณสมบัติในการทำงานได้แบบอัตโนมัติ ในด้านทัศนคติและความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้งสองกลุ่มที่มีต่อปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เป็นไปในเชิงบวก จากความคิดเห็นที่ว่า การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมโฆษณาทำให้มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อเทคโนโลยีใหม่เป็นทุนเดิม อีกทั้งปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์ยังมีความสามารถที่หลากหลาย เพื่อใช้ในการทำงาน และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการผลิตผลงานโฆษณาอีกด้วย ด้านแนวทางการปรับใช้งานในอุตสาหกรรมโฆษณาพบว่า ทักษะการใช้งานปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์จะกลายเป็นทักษะที่สำคัญในอนาคต แต่ถึงอย่างไรก็ตาม แม้ว่าปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์จะสามารถเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานได้เป็นอย่างมาก แต่การใช้งานยังคงต้องการการควบคุม และการตัดสินใจโดยมนุษย์ เพื่อให้ผลลัพธ์มีความถูกต้อง และมีคุณภาพสูง ผลการวิจัยจึงได้เน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างมนุษย์และปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์ ในด้านการบริหารจัดการองค์กรเพื่อส่งเสริมการปรับใช้งานปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์ โดยองค์กรควรเน้นการฝึกอบรม และการพัฒนาทักษะการใช้งานปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์ของบุคลากร เพื่อให้กระบวนการทำงานเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1.เพื่อสำรวจการเปิดรับเนื้อหาที่มีการวางสินค้าบนยูทูบ ทัศนคติของผู้บริโภคต่อลักษณะของผู้ส่งสาร การรับรู้ความเสี่ยง (ด้านประสิทธิภาพ การเงิน จิตวิทยา) การตระหนักต่อปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม และความตั้งใจซื้อรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าของผู้บริโภค 2.เพื่อสำรวจอิทธิพลของการเปิดรับเนื้อหาที่มีการวางสินค้าบนยูทูบ ทัศนคติของผู้บริโภคต่อลักษณะของผู้ส่งสาร การรับรู้ความเสี่ยง และการตระหนักต่อปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม ต่อความตั้งใจซื้อรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าของผู้บริโภค ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ด้วยการใช้แบบสอบถาม เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ระหว่างอายุ 25 – 50 ปี จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 200 ตัวอย่าง โดยวิเคราะห์ผลการวิจัยด้วยวิธีการสถิติแบบการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นอย่างง่าย (Simple Linear Regression) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple Linear Regression) สำหรับผลการวิจัยเป็นไปตามสมมติฐาน และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 1) การเปิดรับเนื้อหาที่มีการวางสินค้าบนยูทูบ มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าของผู้บริโภค 2) ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าของผู้บริโภค มากที่สุดได้แก่ ทัศนคติของผู้บริโภคต่อลักษณะของผู้ส่งสาร ผู้วิจัยได้นำเสนอแนวทางในการประยุกต์ใช้สำหรับการออกแบบการสื่อสารของรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า โดยในด้านของผู้ส่งสารแนะนำให้ใช้ผู้ส่งสารที่กล่าวถึงหรือรีวิวรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าที่ดูน่าดึงดูดใจ ใช้เนื้อหาวิดีโออย่างสนุกและน่าสนใจมากที่สุด ระยะเวลารับชม 5 – 10 นาทีต่อครั้ง และมีเนื้อหาที่แสดงหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการปกป้องและรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม ก็อาจเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการตัดสินใจซื้อของผู้บริโภคระหว่างอายุ 25 – 50 ปีได้

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์และอธิบายการกำหนดกรอบของข่าวเกี่ยวกับการระรานทางไซเบอร์ของสื่อมวลชนบนออนไลน์และเพจนำเสนอข่าวและเหตุการณ์บนสื่อออนไลน์ 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์และอธิบายปฏิสัมพันธ์บนพื้นที่ข่าวออนไลน์เกี่ยวกับการระรานทางไซเบอร์ที่สะท้อนการใช้ภาษาและการร่วมกระทำในการระรานทางไซเบอร์ และ 3) เพื่อสร้างข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายด้านการนำเสนอข่าวเกี่ยวกับการระรานทางไซเบอร์บนช่องทางออนไลน์ ใช้วิธีการวิจัยกรณีศึกษาจำนวน 2 กรณี ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาข่าวเกี่ยวกับกรณีศึกษาที่นำเสนอบนสื่อออนไลน์ จำนวนรวม 61 ชิ้นข่าว วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาการแสดงความคิดเห็น จำนวน 11,968 ความคิดเห็น และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกนักวิชาชีพด้านข่าวและผู้ผลิตเนื้อหาออนไลน์ จำนวน 12 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การกำหนดกรอบของข่าวเกี่ยวกับการระรานทางไซเบอร์ ได้แก่ ความขัดแย้ง ผลกระทบ การสำนึกผิด และการคลี่คลาย ทั้งนี้ไม่พบการนำเสนอกรอบข่าวเกี่ยวกับการวิพากษ์วิจารณ์ปัญหาหรือการนำเสนอทางออกในข่าวเกี่ยวกับการระรานทางไซเบอร์ที่ผู้ถูกระรานเป็นบุคคลที่มีชื่อเสียง และไม่พบการกำหนดกรอบข่าวเกี่ยวกับการให้กำลังใจหรือการเริ่มต้นชีวิตใหม่ ในข่าวเกี่ยวกับการระรานทางไซเบอร์ที่ผู้ถูกระรานเป็นบุคคลธรรมดา ปฏิสัมพันธ์บนพื้นที่ข่าวออนไลน์เกี่ยวกับการระรานทางไซเบอร์พบว่า มีการแสดงความคิดเห็นที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับการระรานทางไซเบอร์แต่เกี่ยวกับบุคคลในข่าวมากที่สุดในข่าวเกี่ยวกับการระรานทางไซเบอร์ที่ผู้ถูกระรานเป็นบุคคลมีชื่อเสียง และมีการแสดงความคิดเห็นที่ไม่สนับสนุนการระรานทางไซเบอร์มากที่สุดในข่าวเกี่ยวกับการระรานทางไซเบอร์ที่ผู้ถูกระรานเป็นบุคคลธรรมดา ทั้งนี้ยังพบการกดถูกใจและการกดแบ่งปันข่าวเกี่ยวกับการระรานทางไซเบอร์มากที่สุดในการเผยแพร่ข่าวช่วงแรกและค่อย ๆ ลดลงตามระยะเวลาการนำเสนอข่าว ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายด้านการนำเสนอข่าวเกี่ยวกับการระรานทางไซเบอร์บนช่องทางออนไลน์ ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน คือ 1) กำหนดการควบคุมโดยยึดหลักจริยธรรมของสื่อสารมวลชนที่สอดคล้องกับสังคมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป และเพิ่มช่องทางการร้องเรียนให้กับผู้ที่รับผลกระทบจากการนำเสนอข่าวการระรานทางไซเบอร์ 2) กำหนดเกณฑ์เชิงจริยธรรมการนำเสนอข่าวของผู้ให้บริการสื่อ/ผู้ประกอบการเกี่ยวกับการระรานทางไซเบอร์เน้นเนื้อหาที่ไม่เพิ่มความหวาดกลัวในการตกเป็นเหยื่อจากการถูกระรานทางไซเบอร์ เฝ้าระวังการนำเสนอเนื้อหาข่าวที่อาจนำไปสู่การระรานทางไซเบอร์ และการเฝ้าระวังปฏิสัมพันธ์ออนไลน์เชิงลบของผู้อ่านข่าวที่นำเสนอ และ 3) กำหนดมาตรการส่งเสริมให้ผู้ใช้สื่อ/ ผู้บริโภค ตระหนักรู้เรื่องการระรานทางไซเบอร์และเพิ่มทักษะความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัล
