This bibliography lists faculty scholarship from 2014-2018. It updates A Bibliography of University of Nebraska College of Law Faculty Scholarship 1892–2013. This bibliography includes publications from law, law library, and law clinical faculty. It also includes assistant deans, faculty with courtesy appointments at the College of Law, and visiting faculty teaching at the College of Law for three or more years. Although we did not include the scholarship of faculty who visited for less than three years or adjunct faculty, we did include a list of those faculty members for historical purposes.

Evaluating Students Information System Success Using Delone And Mclean’S Model: Student’S Perspective, Majaliwa Mkinga, Herman Mandari
Journal of International Technology and Information Management
System success is considered to be an important element in accomplishing the goals of the organization; therefore evaluation of system success needs to be done in order to ensure that investment in Information System is successful. Most of Higher Learning Institutions (HLIs) in Tanzania have adopted the use of IS in providing service to their customers. Nevertheless, there is less evidence that system success evaluation has been done in order to identify the desired characteristics which could make IS more effective. Due to that, this study evaluates the effectiveness of Student Information System (SIS) used at the Institute of Finance …

Academic Law Library Director Status Since The Great Recession: Strengthened, Maintained, Or Degraded?, Elizabeth G. Adelman, Karen L. Shephard, Richard J. Patti, Robert M. Adelman
Journal Articles
The status of the academic law library director is central to the educational mission of the law library. We collected data from 2006 to 2016 showing a 25 percent decrease in tenure-track directorships. We also found one in four changes in directorships since 2013 resulted in the new director having a degraded status compared to her predecessor.

Self-Service Technology In A Library System: An Examination Of Potential Library Member Adoption Of Self-Service Checkout At A Southeastern County Library System, Grace Keisha Phillips-Daley
Theses and Dissertations
This applied dissertation examined potential library member adoption of self-service technology (SST) in a southeastern county library system. The research framework of this study was based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). More distinctively, this study explored the significance of motivation factors, to include both intrinsic and extrinsic factors, for choosing to use SST in a library environment as the reasonable effect of familiarity in influencing the possibility of its adoption.
The researcher used a non-probability sampling method to identify participants for the study. Edmonds and Kennedy (2013) suggested that surveys were primarily utilized to observe trends, personal attitudes, or …

Bibliometrics Analysis In Articles Of Verbal Bullying In Schools, Nuning Kurniasih, Savitri Wanabuliandari, Ristiyani Ristiyani
Library Philosophy and Practice (e-journal)
Verbal bullying in schools has become the concern of the researcher. By using the "verbal bullying" AND “school” keywords, on the Scopus Database on March 12th, 2020, 115 documents were found. These documents were produced starting from 1999. The results of the bibliometrics analysis using Biblioshiny show that the most relevant source which has the highest H-Index for this theme is the Journal of School Violence. However, after observing each document, the article written by Wang J. in 2009 in the Journal of Adolescent Health is the one that receives the most citations. Meanwhile, Chen LM is the most productive …

Mapping Inferences From Literature Review In Social Science Research, Vellaichamy Alagarsamy
Library Philosophy and Practice (e-journal)
In the present study summarizes some crucial information on how to write inferences from literature review. The ability to make inferences helps readers develop an understanding of the author's perspective by grasping the subtle underlying meanings in a text. Without inference, readers usually end up translating a text word by word, missing out on the associations an author is trying to make. In the present study summarized that year-wise growth of literature, size of publications, Pattern of authorship, nativity of authors and categorization of review.

ABSTRACT
Academic Law Libraries are special libraries with special collections for a specialised field or discipline established to serve specific professionals and researchers who are law students, law lecturers, legal researchers, and other faculty members. Law Library is the nexus and the heart of any faculty of law; it is pivotal upon which legal education is built. Consequently, the two statutory regulatory bodies responsible for legal education in Nigeria: the National Universities Commission and the Nigerian Council of Legal Education respectively, place a high premium on Law Library building, equipment, facilities, availability of current and adequate information resources as well …

The Anchor: 2019
The Anchor began in 1887 and was first issued weekly in 1914. Covering national and campus news alike, Hope College’s student-run newspaper has grown over the years to encompass over two-dozen editors, reporters, and staff. For much of The Anchor's history, the latest issue was distributed across campus each Wednesday throughout the academic school year (with few exceptions). In recent years The Anchor moved to monthly print issues and a more frequently updated website. The Anchor is now published in print twice per academic semester. Occasionally, the volume and/or issue numbering is irregular.

Library Resources for Campus Events
A bibliography of resources available through the Holy Cross Libraries which provide additional information related to "Stranded Behind Bars: The Failure of Retributive Justice," a lecture by Erin Kelly, professor of philosophy at Tufts University and author of “The Limits of Blame: Rethinking Punishment and Responsibility” (Harvard University Press, 2018), who explains how retributive justice exaggerates the moral meaning of criminal guilt, normalizes excessive punishment, and distracts from shared responsibility for social injustice.
The lecture was sponsored by the Rev. Michael C. McFarland, S.J. Center for Religion, Ethics and Culture, and was held at the College of the Holy Cross …

It was the ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus that once said: "the only thing that is constant is change.” Over the last several years, we have certainly witnessed many exciting changes here at Molloy and the library is no exception. At the JET Library we are constantly evolving and transforming to best provide the Molloy community with premium resources, high-level services and accommodating spaces. Although the library lost a stack room this past summer with recent campus renovations, we did gain some space when we repurposed one of our stack rooms into a much needed and highly requested by students, Quiet …

Library Faculty and Staff Publications and Presentations
In Fall term of 2014, three instructors of Portland State University’s School of Community Health, in collaboration with the school’s subject librarian, deployed digital badges to certify information literacy and critical thinking outcomes in their classes. The badge curriculum, which was developed by mapping library learning outcomes to course learning outcomes, was designed to teach and assess students’ understanding of and skills acquisition in website evaluation, information formats, database searching, citing and plagiarism, and contributing knowledge to the information landscape. Badges were issued using Credly, and before and after the term, students were asked to provide feedback about their learning …
