In Indonesia’s social security program (JKN), there are more than 1,6 million visits in primary care providers each day. Indonesia's Social Security Administrative Body for Health (BPJS Kesehatan) manages the healthcare data recorded by the providers. In late 2019, the new Performance-Based Capitation (KBK) was introduced to primary care providers. They are assessed every month before the due for capitation payment. There are three indicators in the KBK scheme which are contact rate, non-specialty referral ratio, and proportion of PROLANIS disease management program members with controlled clinical outcome (PROLANIS indicator. This study analyzes data insights of KBK through big data …

Looking forward to seeing if other institutions with institutional repositories would have interest in this subject sharing ideas with one another and others that may not have an institutional repository yet. Some questions for discussion for the roundtable attendees, hopefully we get one or two other products other than Digital Commons users:
- What kind of product does your institutional repository use? (eg, Digital Commons, Omeka, DSpace) What kind of collections do you offer? (eg. Journals, exhibits, dissertations/thesis, journal articles, archival materials)
- How long has your institution been using this product? What made your institution decide to use …

Challenges Of Conceptualizing, Creating, And Researching The History Of South Louisiana Hospitals, Chandler D. Smith, Jennifer K. Lloyd
Library Faculty Publications
Objective: To create a resource guide on closed and relocated historical hospitals in the southern region of Louisiana, documenting rural and urban hospitals with their address, years open, interesting facts, and photographs if available.
Methods: A reference question about a historical hospital in the area prompted the idea, as when doing research for information about the hospital, it was more challenging than initially thought it would be to find photos and other information. Information was collected from a wide range of sources such as directories, newspaper and magazine articles, government reports, etc. Using this information, we have built a public …

Navigating Library Services: Challenges And Opportunities In Moving Music And Dance Collections During The Covid-19 Pandemic, Michael J. Duffy Iv
University Libraries Faculty & Staff Presentations
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the University Libraries at Western Michigan University closed the Harper C. Maybee Music and Dance Library, and moved its collections to Waldo Library, the main library on campus. This decision was the result of budget cuts at Western Michigan University during the pandemic, and the University Libraries’ response to operate within our budget by consolidating services and collection spaces. The Maybee Music and Dance Library was closed, along with the rest of the campus libraries, in March 2020. The music and dance collections were moved between March and May of 2021,after which they were available to …

Journal of Contemporary Archival Studies
The paper will highlight ongoing work at three cultural heritage institutions in northern Ohio (Bowling Green State University, Kent State University, and the Lakeside Heritage Society) to extend the work begun during grant-funded digital projects beyond the term of a grant. Sustaining related work after the grant funding period has expired is a concern for many practitioners and to date, is a topic that has not been discussed in-depth in the literature. While each institution has its own unique staffing and operational demands, the article will outline a number of sustainable approaches that can be tailored to different scenarios for …

Integrating Risk And Vulnerability: Exploring A Unified Model For Supply Chain Resiliency, William G. Cook
USF Tampa Graduate Theses and Dissertations
The world has entered an era of retreating globalization, mounting geo-political tensions, rising protectionism, and increasing focus on the fragility of complex supply chains. The negative impacts of supply chain disruptions have been increasingly documented since the turn of the century. Given the global scale of recent disruptions, supply chain resiliency has become a national imperative. The Global Financial Crisis, the Covid-19 pandemic, and other major disruptive events demonstrate the active role of government in mitigating damage, the enduring effects of regulation, and the resultant re-evaluation of supply chain strategies by the private and public sectors. In this environment, supply …
Bringing Servicewomen Into Focus: Exploring Methods For Indexing Second World War Archival Photographs At Library And Archives Canada, Rebecca Murray
Bringing Servicewomen Into Focus: Exploring Methods For Indexing Second World War Archival Photographs At Library And Archives Canada, Rebecca Murray
Canadian Military History
The Second World War saw women officially serving in the Canadian military in capacities other than nursing, breaking into roles historically held by men. The service of over fifty thousand Canadian women is documented in photographs held at Library and Archives Canada; photographs that allow historians to widen the lens on the traditional narrative, but only if they can find them. This article presents two methods for indexing archival photographs and highlights the particular challenges of identifying servicewomen in the archival record and bringing our aunties and grandmas into focus.

Changing Minds And Methods: Providing Health Science Faculty With Optional Systematic Reviews Assignments, Laura Lipke, Neyda Gilman
Upstate New York Science Librarians Conference
Background
Health science librarians frequently engage in discussions about the proper assignment of systematic reviews for graduate students. Such reviews are often assigned as a way to build the research skills students will need in a clinical environment and provide them with a publishable deliverable. In the assignment of these reviews, it has become apparent that health science faculty are often not familiar with the standardized methodologies required. Incorrect methodologies can contribute to research waste and produce evidence that cannot be applied for its intended purpose.
Case presentation
Health science librarians at an R1 institution decided to address the systematic …

Evidence Synthesis In My Discipline: Yes, No, Maybe So?, Lindsay Bahureksa
Upstate New York Science Librarians Conference
In the noisy information landscape, evidence synthesis projects provide unbiased information needed to make big decisions. Evidence synthesis, which includes systematic reviews, comprehensively collects information across resources to ensure that the literature synthesis is both unbiased and reproducible. These types of projects have traditionally been run in medical fields, where evidence synthesis informs best practice in high-stake environments. In recent years, however, evidence synthesis projects have begun to grow beyond the medical fields. This presentation will focus on summarizing the shift of evidence synthesis projects in the past ten years—covering the numbers of projects published, the disciplines covered, or the …

I-GUIDE Forum
Models used in geospatial data science are often built and optimized for a specific local context, such as a particular location at a point in time. However, upon publication, these models may be generalized beyond this context, reused in research simulating or predicting other times and places. Without sufficient information or documentation, bias embedded in these models can in turn result in bias in the reuser’s research outputs. Drawing on a long-term qualitative case study of aging dams researchers and developers of models used by these researchers, we find significant documentation gaps. We combine a literature-based genealogy with interviews with …
