The purpose of this study was to assess the level of library anxiety among freshmen students at Central Luzon State University (CLSU) in the Philippines in order to develop an appropriate library program to help alleviate their anxieties and increase library usage, thereby contributing to student academic success. The survey questionnaire was used to gather the necessary information. It was adapted and modified from the psychometric instrument by Bostick Library Anxiety Scale (LAS) to measure the library anxiety level of 342 respondents using the systematic sampling design technique. The relationship between need achievement and career preference of in-school adolescents were examined in this study. The need for the study was prompted by previous studies’ report that students make wrong career preferences due to poor information among other factors. The negative impact of these wrong preferences on the individual and the work place have become worrisome to all concerned. The study sought to assess access and utilization of climate change information by small-holder farmers in the Bunkpurugu-Yunyoo Districts of the North-East Region of Ghana. Since the study involved a large farmer population in the area, the survey research design was employed to collect data from 387 household-headed farmers. Generally, farmers in the district had accessed to climate change information via TV, radio and mobile phone. Specifically, farmers received information mainly on temperature, rainfall, windstorm and thunderstorm. This study dwelt on the information needs by People Living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus /Acquired Immune-Deficiency Syndrome (PLWH/A) in Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Teaching Hospital (COOUTH), Amaku-Awka. Descriptive survey research design was adopted for the study. Three research questions were drawn from the three purposes that guided the study. The study examined the assessment of job satisfaction of employees’ in Ahmadu Bello University Library Zaria. Survey research design was adopted for the study. Total population was 359 librarians in made up of professionals and para-professionals. Total enumeration was used for the study. The instrument for data collection was a validated questionnaire. Cronbach’s alpha results ranged from 0.86 to 0.90. The response rate was 87.5%. Data were analyzed using Pearson product Moment Correlation and Multiple Regression. This study explores the awareness and attitude towards plagiarism among postgraduate students and research scholars of Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (KU) and Panjab University, Chandigarh (PU). The findings of the questionnaire based study reveal that 53.64% of KU and 79.9% respondents of PU were acquainted with the term plagiarism. More than 41% respondents became aware of this term in their present university and more than half of the total respondents came to know about this concept during last one year. The study examines the library consortia research publications of the past two decades in order to gain insight into the development of library consortia, with a special emphasis on Indian contributions adopting Scientometrics analysis technique. Data was collected using the Web of Science abstracting and citation database, which retrieved 983 publications dating from 2001 to 2020. For the study, 326 relevant publications were selected and analysed using Biblioshny, Citespace and VOSviewer software. The study aimed to explore the impact of e-libraries on youth development in Punjab, Pakistan. The quantitative research method was adopted to address research questions of the study. A questionnaire using the five domains of Youth Development Index of the Commonwealth was developed to collect the quantitative data from young users (aged between 15-29 years) of four e-libraries developed under the Punjab E-Library Project in Punjab, Pakistan. The findings illustrate that e-libraries had a significant positive impact on youth development in all the five domains. The present study aims to explore the academic stress among the Library and Information (LIS) Students of the Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra situated in the Haryana state of India. A structured questionnaire was designed to collect the data from all the 54 LIS students through the survey method and all the questions were based on a 5-point Likert scale. The present study was conducted with an aim to determine the level of library anxiety among the graduate students of Library and Information Science enrolled in public sector universities of Pakistan. The Multidimensional Library Anxiety Scale developed and validated by Dr. Doris Van Kampen, was used for this study.
