A Taxonomic Approach To The Evaluation Of Secondary School English Program., George Hirshfield
A Taxonomic Approach To The Evaluation Of Secondary School English Program., George Hirshfield
Teacher Education, Educational Leadership & Policy ETDs
A taxonomy is a classifying device. There are essentially two types of taxonomies. The first is the non-hierarchial one, which is used to keep similar things together. The classification of English textbooks by subject, e.g., literature, spelling, and grammar would be non-hierarchial. The second is the hierarchial one, which is used to classify elements along some continuum. The classification of English literature books according to the relative difficulty of vocabulary would be hierarchial. The latter type can be most useful for viewing the organization of a system of things or activities and is used toward those ends in this study, …

National Collegiate Honors Council Monographs

Participation Of Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod Elementary Schools In Federal Aid Programs, Marvin Brandt
Dissertations and Theses @ UNI
The issue of federal aid for nonpublic education is intensifying year after year with the ever increasing enrollments in nonpublic schools and with the increasing number of federal programs which provide various types of aid for children in public as well as nonpublic schools. Women Teacher Turnover Problems In The Lutheran Schools Of The Northwestern Sector Of The United States, Fred H. Mantey
Women Teacher Turnover Problems In The Lutheran Schools Of The Northwestern Sector Of The United States, Fred H. Mantey
All Master's Theses
The following fundamental points form the nucleus of the hypothesis of this problem. 1. Women teachers in Lutheran schools are underpaid. 2. The absence of desirable working conditions for women prevails. 3. The absence of desirable working relationships exists. These contributing factors of women teacher turnover may or may not be true but the writer shall attempt to clarify them by his research.
