College Lectures-The Pastor, Charles C. Chapman

Charles C. Chapman College Lectures

He says that pastors must be active in managing their flock and be willing to go out of their way to save a "lost sheep". A minister should also call on his members at home and make a great effort to have a personal connection to each and every one.
