The Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages (QCEW) is a comprehensive program that compiles data on employment and wages for workers covered by state unemployment insurance laws and Unemployment Compensation for Federal Employees (UCFE). The QCEW program is a cooperative effort between the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and state employment security agencies.
