This workshop introduced participants to prompt engineering and how to effectively communicate with AI systems. Led by Ila Lama, the session covered key strategies such as defining goals, providing examples, setting constraints, and refining prompts to improve AI-generated outputs.

Participants explored applications of AI across domains, including education, business, and social media, while also discussing responsible AI use. The workshop emphasized that strong prompt design leads to more accurate, structured, and useful results, and that AI should be used to enhance human creativity and decision-making.

The increasing adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in supply chain operations is transforming how organizations detect, govern, and respond to risk, raising important questions regarding digital trust, accountability, and transparency. AI models enable predictive risk assessment using large-scale logistics data. However, their outputs are often difficult to audit or independently verify. In contrast, blockchain technology provides immutable and tamper-evident records but lacks predictive capabilities. This study empirically evaluates an integrated AI-Blockchain environment using a real-world e-commerce logistics dataset (Olist Brazilian dataset, September 2016-October 2018). Artificial intelligence is increasingly deployed in supply chain management, yet many organizations struggle to align adoption efforts with process readiness, data quality, governance, and workforce capabilities, and they still lack validated supply chain specific roadmap for assessing readiness, sequencing investments, and reducing implementation risk. This study develops and evaluates a Capability Maturity Model for Artificial Intelligence Integration in Supply Chain Management to address that gap. A crisis can highlight the critical need for resilient leadership within higher educational settings. Educational leaders encounter extraordinary difficulties, ranging from different learning options to prioritizing the well-being of both staff and students, necessitating flexible and innovative methods. By exploring how school leaders apply transformational techniques in actual educational environments, this article addresses the impact of the four I’s of transformational leadership, idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, on building educator resiliency, sustaining school effectiveness, and promoting student achievement in higher education.

The authors of this transcendental phenomenological study aimed to describe the lived experiences of Black women based on their perceptions, values, and beliefs about the complexities of leadership and the kind of leadership required to succeed in their respective roles, as educational leaders. This study was framed by the adaptive leadership theory. Adaptive leadership recognizes the need for leaders to stay flexible and resilient in fast-paced environments (Nelson & Squires, 2017). Inspired by a health crisis that led to spending time in medical settings, this thesis examines how our surroundings impact our well-being. By developing a framework that explores the topics of storytelling, space, place, theatre, and expanded scenography, I propose that set design can be used as a tool for wellness. I explore several disciplines through the lens of set design and highlight the disciplines, professionals, and designers that are contributing to the creation of therapeutic environments using scenographic practices.

Public procurement represents a substantial share of national economies and is increasingly shaped by the deployment of artificial intelligence (AI). The research problem addressed in this study concerns how AI can be integrated into public procurement systems without undermining core principles of transparency, accountability, and legality. The purpose of the paper is to examine the transformative potential of AI in public procurement while identifying the legal, institutional, and ethical challenges it generates. Achieving sustainability in resource-intensive industries such as cement production requires a transition away from synthetic plastic packaging toward biodegradable alternatives that reduce long-term environmental harm. This study evaluates and ranks feasible biodegradable packaging options for cement manufacturers using an integrated multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) framework. Entropy and Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC) weighting techniques are combined with the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR), and the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE II) to assess materials across biodegradability, recyclability, lifecycle impacts, and cost performance. The rapid expansion of name, image, and likeness (NIL) opportunities has reshaped the U.S. college sport landscape, yet limited research has examined how NIL engagement affects athlete identity and well-being. This study investigates the relationships among NIL engagement, identity salience, and stress. Survey data were collected from 351 Division I athletes across four major conferences. Regression analyses indicated that greater NIL commitment was associated with heightened athlete identity salience and increased NIL-related stress. NIL satisfaction emerged as a protective factor, predicting lower stress, whereas perceptions of fairness were not significantly related to stress. We examine how passive institutional ownership affects the informational efficiency of stock prices. Because passive institutional investors prefer greater transparency, their presence encourages managers to enhance firm disclosure (Boone & White, 2015; Schoenfeld, 2017). Increased disclosure improves the information environment and reduces information uncertainty, leading to lower post-earnings announcement drift (PEAD) and greater price efficiency (Hung et al., 2015; Zhang, 2006). Accordingly, we predict that higher passive institutional ownership strengthens the contemporaneous market response to earnings announcements while mitigating PEAD. Modified pay tables from a licensed reel slot machine were altered to examine whether two games with equal variance and par could produce meaningful differences in the duration of play, at the level of the individual gambler. To the best of our knowledge, this was the first study to examine this possibility. Industry executives consider time on device (TOD) to be a critical measure of gaming value, especially for losing players. Additionally, TOD experiences are theorized to produce knock-on effects related to loyalty behaviors. Human error remains the most frequently exploited vulnerability in the cyber-security ecosystem. Despite substantial investments in technical safeguards, cybercriminals increasingly rely on social engineering, misinformation, and emotionally manipulative tactics to compromise users. This study examines behavioral changes among participants who underwent structured cyber-security workshops addressing both conventional cyber hygiene practices and emerging digital threats. The training modules covered digital arrest scams, identity theft, sextortion, fake technical support fraud, fake social media profiles, online gaming related risks, and deep fake manipulation. Research aim: Examine Malaysian consumers’ decisions to purchase low-GI foods using the S–O–R framework, while considering how knowledge and trust shape these decisions. Design/Methodology/Approach: A quantitative survey was conducted among 302 Malaysian consumers, with data analysed via confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modelling, and moderation analysis. Research findings: Attitudes toward low-GI foods are shaped by health consciousness, environmental concern, and social influence, but not price perception. Purchase intention is directly influenced by trust, with moderation observed only for subjective knowledge. The reintegration experiences of BIPOC female veterans remain underrepresented in scholarship and policy discourse, despite evidence of race, gender, and veteran status intersect to shape post-service outcomes (Fox, 2019; Hunt & Aggad, 2024). Existing research has largely centered on male or non-minoritized veterans, limiting understanding of how structural inequities influence employment, healthcare access, community integration, and psychological well-being for BIPOC women (Lawrence et al., 2021). Many high-performing professionals experience persistent self-doubt and fear being exposed as incompetent despite clear evidence of their success. Defined as Impostor Phenomenon (IP) by Clance and Imes in 1978, this dynamic has been studied for nearly five decades, primarily in academic and healthcare settings. IP often manifests as fear, anxiety, and misattribution of success, along with behaviors such as overpreparation, procrastination, and reluctance to seek help. Manufacturers adopt different warranty strategies for remanufactured products, offering shorter, identical, or longer warranty periods compared to new products. However, prior research has only focused on manufacturers offering either shorter or identical warranties. In addition, the existing literature has not captured the diminishing returns of warranties, i.e., as the warranty coverage increases, its incremental benefits begin to decrease but the costs continue to increase. To address these gaps, we develop an optimization model that jointly considers pricing and warranty decisions while accounting for warranty’s diminishing effect on consumer’s willingness to pay for remanufactured products. The relationship between club sports in intercollegiate athletics and their influence on student recruitment and retention remains underexplored within the broader participatory sport ecosystem. Guided by push–pull models of college selection, this study examines whether the availability of club sports functions as a meaningful pull factor in students’ decisions to enroll in and remain at an institution. Survey data were collected from 151 current undergraduate and graduate club sport athletes across the United States. Exploratory factor analysis identified a distinct Club Sports factor, demonstrating strong construct validity and internal consistency.
