SHORTHANDED for many months, this journal heartily welcomes a new member to its Editorial Board, CALVIN H. MERRIFIELD. A member of the Kansas State College faculty since 1961, he is a professor in the department of psychology and counselor education, has bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Missouri, a Ph. D. from the University of Wyoming, and has published articles in a number of professional journals. Religious related institutions will most likely continue to exist, and they will continue to need administrators. To become familiar with the current crop of these academic elite, a significant number of presidents and other administrative officers were interviewed regarding their family, educational, and work background; their current methods of dealing with problem situations; and their perceptions regarding the future of the religious related school and the person who will run them.

This report was prepared by Economics Research Associates (ERA) for MCA Recreation Services in 1973. MCA was interested in developing an evening entertainment complex on 2.5 acres of prime property adjacent to the Universal City tour center and its existing parking facilities. Included in the concept were a multiple-screen movie theater, a cabaret featuring folk rock music, an outdoor entertainment plaza area, and a discotheque offering hard rock music and dancing. The inclusion of a small legitimate theater and supporting restaurant facilities has also been considered. These facilities would be integrated with the existing amphitheater and would be improved by …
