Sociological Studies Of The Alpine Vegetation On Long Peak, Walter Kiener Jun 1967

Sociological Studies Of The Alpine Vegetation On Long Peak, Walter Kiener

University Studies (University of Nebraska) (1888–1984)

General. On this continent no investigation is on record that had for its purpose the structural study of a whole unit complex of alpine vegetation. The Doctrine Of Man In Contemporary Existential Psychiatry And Its Adequacy In Christian Pastoral Counseling, Thomas Hammond May 1967

The Doctrine Of Man In Contemporary Existential Psychiatry And Its Adequacy In Christian Pastoral Counseling, Thomas Hammond

Bachelor of Divinity

It would indeed by an exhausting search to try to trace the social and historical origins of the various therapeutic disciplines and far beyond the scope of this paper. This paper is here concerned only with existentialism and its influence upon the contemporary psychiatric scene in a way described by Pattison above.

Guilt And The Terminal Patient-Some Basic Considerations For Pastoral Care, Gilbert Mueller

Master of Sacred Theology Thesis

The purpose of this study is twofold. First, the aim is to take a closer look at the influence and power of guilt in the personality and life of the terminal patient. Secondly, the aim is to structure an evangelical pastoral approach to the terminal patient that will best serve to overcome all guilt and enable the patient to use the time remaining to him in the fullest possible fellowship with, and service to, God and fellowmen, and to victoriously meet a meaningful death.

A History Of The Italian And German Prisoner Of War Camps In Utah And Idaho During World War Ii, Ralph A. Busco

All Graduate Theses and Dissertations, Spring 1920 to Summer 2023

The United States offered an ideal situation for prisoner of war camps during World War II. The remoteness of the states of Utah and Idaho offered also an ideal situation to intern prisoners.

The United States established 141 base camps and 313 branch camps. Out of this number, Utah and Idaho represented a total number of nine base and twenty-one branch camps. Utah and Idaho had under their supervision approximately 11,660 or 3.6% of the prisoners in the base camps.

The Utah and Idaho camps were under supervision of the United states War Department. Their basic source for the administration …
