Boonshoft School of Medicine Oral History Project
In this second of three interviews, Dr. Robert T. Conley discusses the effort to gain approval of Wright State University's plans to develop the School of Medicine in Dayton. Dr. Conley first focuses on the support given by the Dayton medical community to Wright State University's efforts to gain legislative approval of the School of Medicine. In particular the endeavors of Dr. Richard DeWall are highlighted.
Dr. Conley then continues his review of the struggle to win approval of the School of Medicine with an analysis of the political support for the School of Medicine. The importance of the support …

The Octofoil
The Octofoil is the offical publication of the Ninth Infantry Division Association, Inc., an organization formed by the officers and men of the 9th Infantry Division in order to perpetuate the memory of fallen comrades, preserve the esprit de corps of the Division, promote peace and serve as an information bureau about the 9th Infantry Division. The Association is made up of 9th Infantry veterans from WWII and Vietnam, spouses, widows and lineal descendants.

Boonshoft School of Medicine Oral History Project
This is the first in a series of three interviews with Dr. Robert T. Conley, first Dean of Science and Engineering at Wright State University, Co-Director of the Planning Team which authored the first School of Medicine planning study, and first Vice-President for Health Affairs Planning at Wright State University.
In the first part of the interview Dr. Conley discusses his background prior to coming to Wright State University and his early service with the institution while it was a branch campus of Ohio State University and Miami University.

Sees a movement at the leading edges of our culture away from the desacralized world and back toward the mythic. Sees the genres of science fiction and fantasy providing aesthetic windows to the sacred.
