A Critical Analysis Of Jonathan Edwards' Treatise On The Freedom Of The Will, Ralph Harold Metcalfe Jun 1936

A Critical Analysis Of Jonathan Edwards' Treatise On The Freedom Of The Will, Ralph Harold Metcalfe

Bachelors’ Theses

The subject of the Freedom of the Will has appealed to me from the first time I began studying it. I have always regarded the faculty of volition in man as a fundamental reason why man is as he is. It is enough to study what man really is rather than what he might be, for man with hie many intracies has been the object of study since he was first conceived on this earth furthermore man will be studied as long as there is time.

I have chosen as my thesis, A Critical Analysis of Jonathan Edwards’ Treatise on …

What were …

The Henological Argument For The Existence Of God, Paul Noelke Apr 1936

The Henological Argument For The Existence Of God, Paul Noelke

Bachelors’ Theses

If "only the fool says in his heart there is no God," the contemporary world is harboring countless simpletons. Syndicated newspaper columns, novels, radio addresses, and even political speeches take up the cudgels of the new humanism ·where the modern philosophical treatises leave off. The widely read Mr. Walter Lippmann states that the common man "feels that those who claim to be …
