This research is carried out to analyze the appropriateness of mandatory death penalty by hanging to drug trafficker based on siasah syar'iyyah. Firstly, a critical review was carried out regarding the definition, aim and methodology of siasah syar'iyyah. It is then followed by the survey on the provision of death penalty under category of ta'zir. In order to comprehend the significance of problem related to illicit drugs, statistical results on crimes associated with drug addict and drug trafficker are presented. WebZakat merupakan sistem pengiraan zakat berasaskan web. Tujuan pembangunan sistem ini ialah untuk memudahkan pengguna mengira jumlah zakat yang wajib dibayarnya, lengkap dengan contoh pengiraan dan penjelasan dari Al-Quran, hadis Rasulullah s.a. w dan pendapat para ulamak, selain memberi kemudahan kepada pengguna untuk membuat rujukan berkenaan zakat. WebZakat dibahagikan kepada dua modul utama, iaitu modul pengguna dan modul pentadbir. Modul pengguna mempunyai fungsi rujukan, pengiraan dan pertanyaan manakala modul pentadbir adalah untuk tujuan penyelenggaraan WebZakat rnembolehkan pengguna menggunakan kalkulator zakat yang meliputi lapan jenis zakat harta.
