In Malaysia, environmental pollution issues such as water pollution are not enacted under the Syariah jurisdiction but Civil. Taqi al-Din Ibn Taymiyya (1263-1328), one of the most controversial thinkers in Islamic religious history, was repeatedly imprisoned during his lifetime. Today, he is revered by what is called the Wahhabi movement and championed by Salafi groups who demand a return to the pristine golden age of the Prophet. His writings have also been used by radical groups, such as al-Qaeda, to justify acts of violence and armed struggle. This study aims at showing the relationship between i‘rab – one aspect of the Arabic linguistic sciences – and qira’at, which deals with the various i‘rab that exist in a particular qira’at. The i‘rab being studied is the formation of words inflection in the al- Quran according to the qira’at mutawatir. The study focuses on the effect these inflections have on the meaning the Quranic verses based on the various qira’at. This study outlines 3 objectives. In order to examine the administration of the property, the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) institution was selected.
