Aim: Coordination of supply and demand for physical education specialists in the labor market, analysis of the "National Qualifications System", which is the basic mechanism for ensuring the competitiveness of teachers in the educational services market.

Background: A squat is one of the exercises commonly applied in sport, in school physical education classes, among amateurs practising recreational sport as well as in rehabilitation of children and elderly people. The role of the preventive effect of the correctly performed squat on the musculo-skeletal system is particularly highlighted, while threats posed by an incorrect performance of the exercise are simultaneously indicated. Background: ‪The aim of the study was to assess the relationship between the level of knowledge regarding health and health education as well as the pro-health behaviours of students of physical education and other teaching specialisation. Material and methods: ‪Anonymous and voluntary research was carried out in the years 2013-2014 among a randomly chosen group of Krakow academic youth. When combatting insurgent groups, it can be difficult to identify insurgents and utilize conventional warfare. Insurgents use various tactics and strategies to promote their goals while living among the local population. These aspects require intervening countries and counterinsurgency to take the varying strategies into consideration when making their military decisions.
