Medieval Arab linguists traditionally began their scientifc works with questions of inflection [declension]. Case inflection is the main factor that determines the word’s grammatical function in a sentence and the meaning that it carries. It is well known that there are three cases in the Arabic language with special diacritical markings ( تاكرحHarakaat). The ability of a word to have a particular case leads to its categorization as “complete”, “incomplete” or “non-declining”. This thesis aims to investigate the cultural differences between American and Japanese society most relevant to successful business collaboration in relation to SIOS Technology Group. In this article the degree of potential unity of a wordform syntactic model (/WF/) in all types of sentences has been defined; it has been proven that the valency potential of /WҒ/ which has been formed as a result of mutual influence of the semantic valency of SSG(semantic-syntactic groups) belonging to /W/ and /Ғ/ garammatic valency can establish the contents of a semantic structure and its status in the sentence.
