There have been a lot of studies over the past decade on patient falls, risk factors, and strategies for preventing the falls. However, these studies provide answers for long term care; acute care and community hospitals need more specific interventions. Falls and their consequences are important for patients and families, health care providers, insurance companies, state agencies, hospital accreditation, and others. This study assesses the historical legacy of former Commander-In-Chief and 40th President, Ronald Wilson Reagan. Research references Reagan’s formidable contribution to subsequent U. S. politics by analyzing his domestic and foreign policy. Ultimately, Reagan revolutionized the presidency and provided conservative reconstruction, restoring moral guidance to American society. Epitomizing the Roosevelt Corollary, the aphorism popularized by Teddy Roosevelt, “Speak softly, but carry a big stick,” Reagan followed an aggressive foreign policy. Exercising diplomacy, Reagan deterred those countries deemed dangerous, while preserving peace with amiable nations. The purpose of this paper is to determine if LeBron James has made the Cleveland Cavaliers basketball team a more profitable business since joining the team in 2003. The principles of labor economics will be applied in determining the marginal revenue product of LeBron James and its relationship to the profits of the Cavaliers. It is the premise of this paper that proper utilization of one input can positively affect a firm’s profitability. An understanding of such a concept can be very useful in showing firm’s how to manage and employ labor in their pursuits of increased revenues.

Today, restaurants, including all eateries that operate within New York City, as well as restaurants across the country, regularly use a rather large amount of an artery-clogging agent, commonly found within their vital ingredients. Artificial transitive fatty acid, or trans-fat as known to the consumer, is the target of the NYC Board of Health and Mental Hygiene, medical experts, and health conscious consumers, for permanent removal from all NYC restaurant menus by July 2008. The Four Freedoms: Good Neighbors Make Good Law And Good Policy In A Time Of Insecurity, Mark R. Shulman

This essay explores the ways that the Four Freedoms were intended to address the dire circumstances of the Second World War. It analyzes the historical context of the 1940s in which the Four Freedoms first emerged, how they formed the basis of the International Bill of Human Rights, and how they evolved over the decades that followed. This essay argues that, restored to their proper place at the center of U.S. policy, the Four Freedoms promise a more principled and more effective grand strategy than the “Global War on Terrorism.” Part I introduces the argument that the Four Freedoms remain …
