"The Methodology of Benefit Cost Analysis" is the 39th annual Public Lecture-Seminar Series organized by the Department of Economics at Western Michigan University. This year's series focuses on the methodology and use of benefit - cost analysis. Dr. Jon R. Neill of the WMU Economics Department directs the series with the assistance of Kevin Hollenbeck, Senior Economist with the W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research and Don Meyer, Associate Professor of Economics. The public is cordially invited to attend the lectures and no admission is charged.
