"The Methodology of Benefit Cost Analysis" is the 39th annual Public Lecture-Seminar Series organized by the Department of Economics at Western Michigan University. This year's series focuses on the methodology and use of benefit - cost analysis. Dr. Jon R. Neill of the WMU Economics Department directs the series with the assistance of Kevin Hollenbeck, Senior Economist with the W.E.
