There is a vast need for something that will sometime be written upon the subject of Sociology as a basis of Criminal Law and Procedure. The science of what may be termed Sociological Jurisprudence is in an embryonic state at present and the nearest approach perhaps is what we call Criminal Sociology or Criminology.
