Academic libraries are looking for ways to stay relevant to the Millennial/Internetgeneration. At the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) Criss Library, we are conducting a pilot study on mobile computing to provide people to people (p2p) reference services. We will use smart phones and iPhones to interact with students who need information assistance. The study's objectives are the following: 1.
