In the present knowledge era, the library is considered an important center and is the heart of any academic institute. A successful organization is one whose users are satisfied from the provided facilities. In this study, the researcher studies the user satisfaction from library resources and services at Government Degree College Sabir Abad (Karak) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. A survey method was used. The researchers personally visited the population site and distributed 155 questionnaires to the respondents of which 135 were responded to and received (87% response rate). This study aims to evaluate world top daily newspaper websites selected from newspaperland.com, a web directory of world newspapers, magazines, news sites, and newspaper publishers (https://www.newspapersland.com/). The Open Online Newspaper Initiative (Open ONI) is an open source collaboration whose goal is to lower the entrance bar for libraries, archives, historical societies, and other cultural heritage institutions to display digital newspaper content. Open ONI was formed in response to a need for free, easily deployed, flexible, plug-and-play software that is useful for collections large and small, local and national.

"Developing an Image-Based Classifier for Detecting Poetic Content in Historic Newspaper Collections" details and analyzes the first stage of work of the Image Analysis for Archival Discovery project team. Our team is is investigating the use of image analysis to identify poetic content in historic newspapers. This thesis studies Nebraska newspapers and their efforts to converge with Web, multimedia, radio, or television entities. It also studies the efforts by Nebraska newspapers to converge reporter roles and organizational roles. Paper surveys were sent and in-person interviews were conducted in Nebraska during the 2009-2010 academic year. The results showed more examples of multimedia convergence than role or organizational convergence. Nebraska publishers and editors say they do not want to attempt convergence or multimedia products just to be trendy. They say convergence has to make sense, be useful, and be profitable for their individual businesses, staff, and communities.

The American print media are a powerful mechanism for communicating information about places and environment to the American public. When it comes to a landscape such as the Great Plains, experienced by many Americans as either sleep-through land in a car or flyover land in a plane, the print media may be their only real source of information about this landscape, excluding 30 second soundbites which occasionally appear in electronic media.
