The study investigated marketing of library services as a determinant for undergraduate’s patronage in Oghara Polytechnic library in Delta State, Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design using questionnaire as instrument for data collection. Information was sought on the level of collaboration between academic libraries and known key players championing the prevention and control of COVID-19, the activities carried out in compliance with set protocols, information services offered, and the challenges faced. Results showed moderate level of collaboration and very limited direct synergistic interaction with public health groups, while they provided patrons with an avenue to source updates from library websites. This study focused on the development of a mathematical model required for estimating the number of adopters of ICT devices among libraries located in Nigeria. User Satisfaction Of Library Resources And Services: A Case Study Of Krishnadas Shama Goa State Central Library, Nitesh Devu Naik, Vaijanath Ramchandra Kamble Mr.

The present study examines the user satisfaction of library resources and services in Krishnadas Shama Goa state central Library. Structured questionnaires were distributed among 200 users to collect their opinions regarding the frequency and purpose of their visit to the library. 160 questionnaires were received and analyzed. The study highlights the opinion of respondents about the available resources, facilities, and services in the library. In this study, it was found that the majority of the respondents are satisfied with the resources and services in the library. The purpose of this study was to explore students’ satisfaction with resources and services in school libraries in the Punjab, Pakistan, and to make suggestions for improving the resources and services of these libraries in accordance with students’ needs. The quantitative research method was employed to address research questions of the study. The quantitative data were collected from students of four selected schools in the Punjab, Pakistan through the questionnaire by employing the convenience sampling technique.
