SCI mago is the Journal and Country Ranking database available freely on the internet. We have accessed the required data from 2008 to 2017 from this database and evaluated the research productivity of SAARC countries and citations in the field of social science subject. This article studied SAARC countries publications, citations, citations per document, self-citations and degree of self – citations. The study revealed that on an average 6054 articles are published during the study period. India is the only country to publish more than the average citations publications during the ten years of study. India received 78% of citations …

Purpose- The study aims to identify, and to compare the awareness and attitude of faculties and students towards Open Access Resources.

Design/methodology/approach- The study employed a mixed method research approach. A survey has been conducted among purposively selected students (52) and faculties (17) through distributing a structured questionnaire(1-5 point likert scale, and open ended).SPSS v.20 and coding method have been used for analyzing quantitative and qualitative data respectively.

This paper focused on identifying ways of improving the web presence and visibility of Delta State Polytechnics, Ogwashi-Uku, Ozoro and Oghara, to enable them to maximize the potentials of innovative technologies for effective education delivery. The paper treated what web presence and visibility mean and how they can be measured. The web presence and visibility of the three Delta State polytechnics were comparatively examined. The comparative analyses indicate that Ozoro Poly has the highest web presence and visibility followed by Oghara Poly, then Ogwashi-Uku Poly. As research is ensconced with teaching at university level, this article engages with the research output of newly recruited faculty members at Haryana Agricultural University (HAU), Hisar (India). New faculty members were administered questionnaires during Orientation Program in 2019 at HAU. Aspects like total number of publications, documents in which published, authorship pattern etc. are presented in this article. In addition to these, sex and age group wise hypotheses also tested (with parametric tests). The Study examined the use of Electronic Resources in Engineering College Libraries in Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, India. In this study collecting primary data for the present study, the investigator adopted the survey method. The tool employed for collecting data is questionnaire. The questionnaire is designed in such a way to collect the data from the library users (faculty members) of engineering college libraries.
