1. Identify factors to consider when altering existing workflows or setting up new workflows for ETDs.
2. Recognize the value of collaboration between the Graduate School and the Libraries to facilitate efficient workflows for processing, approving, and cataloging ETDs.

This poster will illustrate the evolution of workflows for theses and dissertations at the University of Dayton. When the University of Dayton implemented electronic theses and dissertations (ETDs) in 2008, the Graduate School and the University Libraries already had a long history of collaboration on print format checking and commercial binding of theses and dissertations.
