It discusses the process under which a large company institutionalizes its CSR strategy, policy and actions in developing small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Since 1980 the company has strengthened the capacity of 10,374 SMEs which created 65,855 jobs by 2017. In Indonesia, sites for TPA (landfills) as final waste dumping are still inlimited supply. Meanwhile, the amount of recycled waste is still low due to thelack of awareness about how to sort household waste. The citizens’participation activity for this study aimed to increase awareness about how tosort household waste by involving the stakeholders. In response to the demands of a changing educational system in the Philippines,this study sought to improve learning performance and faculty developmentthrough professional learning community engagement using a research lessonframework, a Japanese approach to professional development. It isbelieved that native knowledge of the river and the riparian, which can only berevealed by the locals, becomes significant to understanding the dynamics ofthe place and to generating a masterplan. Through interviews, focus groupdiscussion and participatory mapping, their everyday experience in utilizingthe landscape can be recognized. Decoupling resource use efficiency and ecological impacts are two challenges of oil palm smallholders in Indonesia. This study aims to find option for increasing productivity among smallholder and to reduce the environmental impacts of nutrient management in their plantations. We adopted UNEP’s definition of resource and impact decoupling as a tool to estimate resource decoupling rate and impact decoupling rate. The average smallholder’s resource decoupling rate from 2013 to 2017 is 0.86 kg fertilizer/kg fresh fruit bunch. This rate is 93.48% of the average of the companies (0.92 kg fertilizer/kg fresh fruit bunch) for the same period. Reducing the fertilizers …

In the years immediately following the handover, it was generally thought that this was working quite well. This article analyzes military policy making made by Australian Government to tackle the issue of illegal immigrants in Australia after the Australian Federal Election in 2013. Some of existing studies on the topic illustrate from the point of view of securitization, that illegal immigrant issues has been securitized and requires the intervention of the Australian army through Operations Sovereign Borders.
