Sea urchins, soft-shelled invertebrates (Echinoderms), crucially contribute to cleaning the ocean bottom. However, sea urchins in tropical waters like Indonesia have not yet been fully disclosed. This study was conducted at Hutumuri and Rutong waters, Ambon City. This study assessed physical-chemical parameters, sea urchin species composition, classification, and community structure. Employing the Line Transect method with 5x5 m quadrants and 50m transect spacing, data analysis included density, relative density, frequency of presence, diversity, uniformity, and dominance indices. Measuring the national and sub-national progress in achieving such globally adopted development agendas as Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is particularly challenging due to data availability and compatibility of indicators to measure SDGs, especially in Indonesia. This paper attempts to measure the performance of sustainable development at the regional level in Indonesia by newly constructing a multidimensional composite index called the Regional Sustainable Development Index (RSDI). Biodegradable foam has been vastly developed to replace polystyrene foam. However, its water absorption capacity has become a significant obstacle to being used in food packaging. Therefore, this study aims to assess the effect of incorporating natural waxes as a coating material in producing biodegradable foams. The four natural waxes are soy wax, candelilla wax, beeswax, and carnauba wax. The biodegradable foams were fabricated with cassava starch and rice straw as natural fiber sources using a thermal pressing machine. Tourism is one way to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) but there has been no evaluation of whether the accommodation industry which has a consumptive character plays a role in creating sustainable development. The Tanggul River in Surakarta City is a tributary that empties into the Bengawan Solo River. Domestic activities located on river borders can pollute with the waste generation. Therefore, managing waste sources such as storage and collection is crucial in waste management.
