Six panel program for the Saturday, August 20, 1938 harness races at the Centennial Celebration of the Skowhegan Fair, 1838-1938. Touted in 2017 as "The Nation's Oldest Consecutively Running Agricultural Fair," organizers state the Skowhegan State Fair began meeting in 1818.

The program includes the track records for pacing, 2.02 1/2 set by Ray Henley on August 20, 1937 and trotting, 2.04 3/4, set by Alloway on August 16, 1937. The names of all fair and racing officials are included on the front panel of the program.

Guy Kendall made pencil and pen notes about winning times and pari-mutuel purses.
