Background: Increasing alcohol consumption by adolescents is a major public health problem. One reason for this is that young people want to solve their difficulties by using alcohol. Therefore, an important aim of the current study is to analyze selected nutrition-related health behaviors which are taken before the planned consumption of alcoholic beverages among young people. Materials and methods: The study group consisted of 77 adolescents from secondary school. The research tool consisted of two parts. The first one analyzed the frequency of selected alcohol consumption, the second - nutrition-related behaviors in adolescents before the planned consumption of alcoholic beverages. …
