The study aimed to identify the role of digital media platforms of the educational efficiency in schools and universities in the Hebron Governorate: “Glory International School and Hebron University". The relevant institution consists of n=52 individuals from the available sample, and the researchers conducted interviews with different specialists. The study reached diverse results, the most important of which are: 47.1% use digital media platforms in education on a permanent basis. This study aimed to measure the role of the educational counselor in raising the awareness of the family in the field of child protection in the schools of Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate.
