This study aims to identify the powers given by the Palestinian Press and Publication Law to the administrative authority in the West Bank in restraining the media content, recognize the procedures and the constrains imposed on the media by the Palestinian Press and Publication Law and identify the media laws regulating the freedom of press in the Palestinian Territories.
